I have been with 20i for a couple of years now and find their service uptime to be consistently high, their customer service persons are knowledgeable and helpful and, generally, their pricing structure is acceptable.

Whilst I say their pricing is acceptable, I do feel that the cost of moving from shared hosting to managed VPS, as a Reseller, is too high. And a small thing (been mentioned before), the font sizes used on their invoices are not consistent - some of the type is around 16px & and some is nearer 8px (particularly) the actual product/service being ordered/renewed. A bit more consistency would make my life a lot easier.

Whenever I have had an issue, it has been solved promptly & certainly within 48hours.

I have had a reseller hosting account with 20i for over a year now and have been very happy with it. Not only do they offer fast hosting and a multitude of options, but their pricing is also very reasonable! I have been most impressed with the support that they provide for their customers and the speed at which they respond to any questions that I might have.

I honestly cannot think of anything that I feel dissatisfied with in regards to my 20i account. They have hit the mark every time I have needed anything.

If I'm being honest there are not really any downsides to using 20i. I've never had any reason to complain about any aspect about the service or prices offered

Their support is the best I've ever used. No issue is too trivial and always gets dealt with in a time-efficient manner.

Some of their add-ons are related to how many hosting accounts you have and are all or nothing - so can get expensive. e.g timeline backups

The availability of customer support has diminished slightly since I became a 20i customer, probably due to the team not being scaled up enough to match the company's growth. While not a huge problem right now, my concern is that it won't be scaled up and compromises will be made. I also live in fear of 20i being bought by a company who'll "maximise profits and cut costs" and do a Heart Internet on them - days of downtime, price hikes, support run into the ground - which is why I switched to 20i in the first place.

Gives me a trusted home for all my clients' websites, and a main dashboard and control panel that makes the whole platform very straightforward to manage and administrate.

The support team at 20i are one of the best I've come across, really helpful and happy to speak at your technical level. The ability to grow and scale your online business is a breeze with great support and easy-to-use tools at a reasonable price.

I think the pricing of their cloud services could be clearer, although this is a fairly new service and they do continue to improve and respond to feedback well.

Price is excellent. I'm on a reseller plan and the costs are perfect. Also, customer service has yet to let me down. I'm probably the typical person in only using 20% of the features, but I get 80% of the benefit. Very happy!

I sometimes seem to hit a problem setting up email accounts, even though i've been doing it for years. Especially with apple products, but generally, things work well enough.

20i incorporates everything I need under one supplier. I like how I can purchase a domain name at a good price, assign it to a hosting package straight away and then utilise the supplied tools to rapidly build a website with edge caching and optimisation.
