The thing that I like most about Bloomreach (formerly Exponea) is that when you have quality data, you can do a lot of things very quickly with it. This includes analyses, reports, and segmentations. The support team always provides an immediate answer to virtually any question. I can create a report in about 30 seconds and as you can imagine, this saves us a lot of time. It is the next step to getting more value out of Bloomreach. Webhooks and APIs open up an entire new world of possibilities. For a marketer with a background in IT, Bloomreach is absolutely incredible. What we can track as an event (every click, every scroll, every customer action) is very comprehensive.
One of the things that I wish was a little bit better about Bloomreach is the documentation. There is a lot that you can do with weblayers but you do need to have a good level of knowledge.
We are definitely using Bloomreachh to make some improvements. We are currently using the platform for simple segmentation of our customers. This is a much more simple way of evaluating our campaigns as I can now perform analytics very quickly. I have access to data and reports so when I have colleagues from different teams approach me, I can easily give them the answers that they need. We are using email scenarios with dynamic content. We are able to recommend products for the customer and get the product name in the subject for the customer as well as the price after the discount. We are seeing great success with this with Bloomreach.

Easy to use with experience. I am working in CRM for a long time now, worked with other tools, but this one I easy to use. Everything is understandable you can get certification on usage. So far I can't see any issues incomplete a full OMNI-Channel Marketing with Exponea. Availability of work with Live Events, availability of code on Landingpages and inside of emails using Jinja2 as Template Coding. The Documentation of how things are working is really good with a lot of examples and how to set it up. The connection between, Survey, Website, SMS, Website-Push, E-Mail, Push notifications, App-Notifications, Web layers. All in one tool. The Tool is quick loading even with a big load of Datafeeds (>3 Million rows) or a lot of customers. Live-Support via Livechat or Slack is helpful to help you with stuff other CRM Company would charge you a lot of money for. The first time a CRM Tool offers to talk to other customers in a Slack-Community.
The biggest benefit is also the biggest issue: You can do everything - but only if you know how to do it. (but the documentation is really good if this one cant help you use the Live-Support)

A lot of bugs can occur during the usage of Exponea features. It also takes a lot of practice to use the tool properly.

We just started doing push notifications and also we tried sending SMSs. It is also easy to make reports or analyses...

Exponea provides a capability for you to make your thoughts actionable. Not only does the platform provide a detailed understanding of the customer, but it also allows you to use this data to your benefit. The GUI is pretty intuitive (pretty and intuitive). Data ingestion, processing and utilization, all in a single platform. No black boxes. If you can imagine it, you can do it.
Could be overwhelming for new users, but once you get a hang of the platform, you are the owner of the device. Still it could give you a tough time if this is the first CXP/ CRM tool that you are using.
All the CRM tools in the industry help capturing customer data, but the level of processing in Exponea is really detailed. RFM, Customer Value... You name it, you have it. It's a very much WYSIWYG tool for Retention and Customer Data professionals. Helps taking A/B tests to the next level and puts customers to the forefront.
In Exponea we create scenarios, mailing and all communication, easy, no code. We create alot of data analysis and we use that straight in our scenarios. No code. There are AI recomendation engines. WebLayers are cool. Jinja2 in node or mail tamplate.
Exponea improves quickly. It needs better ways to interact with product catalogs. We need to check availability of product in catalog inside scenario, mainly when trying to sell same product customer bought last year. Aslo we need to make selections of products and create specific sub catalogs (hacking it through reco engines is not good).
Becoming super users allow us to completely bypass IT and what took several months, now takes one day.
Exponea offers very clean overview of collected data from users which are easily accesible and, by using easy-to-use visual builder, it offers advanced automation which does not require.user to know any complicated programming language. Jinja basics are relatively easy to learn and they open you world of many possibilities in Exponea.
I have not encountered anything I would dislike, yet. In case of any question or problem Live support is very quick to response and documentation is well organized.

We have not yet had the chance to really dive in just yet, the only thing I can critique so far is the length of time it has taken from our side to prepare.

With Exponea we were able to address different aspects of user experience and personalisation, wich were not possible before. Using customer centric data we can make website and user journey improvments, wich we could not do any other way. Exponea offers lots of modules (we are not yet using all of them) which cover everything fro product recommendation, website AB testing and experiments, scenario builders, retargeting and lots of "ready to use" integration and webhook options.
There are no special points to mark out as a dislike.
We use Exponea to AB test different sollutions on our websites and in our customer journeys. Benefits have been seen trough increased NPS with our customers and overall sales results.
