There are certain things you can customize, and for the most part they're interested in helping you customize it to whatever you want.
They're beginning to go after larger clients and are making some changes. One of the reasons we originally went with them was because they catered to smaller boutique firms. We really miss the online support feature!
Having a place to maintain business development contacts and projects. It's much easier to be able to quickly pull up a previous conversation or document when talking with a potential client.

The side bar to manage my daily routine. If there's someone I need to make contact with, I pin that person up as a reminder apart from my physical To Do List.
There are times when Bullhorn will "time-out" and require a refresh/restart. I lose my To Do List and other traction from the day each time this happens.
I am able to review a candidate or clients history, entirely. This allows me to make "warm" introductions to both sides of the business while providing me with other important information and links as well.

Think the sourcing function could be a bit more updated. Would be better if it allowed us to more easily source by years of experience.

JobScience has been a great tool for our organization. The trouble we had at the start was fully harnessing its capabilities. Now that we have a thorough grasp of the power that is JobScience and we're entering all the pertinent information, our database is beginning to work for us. I can't stress enough the JobScience is only as good as the information you enter. If you enter all the information into your records, the tool is more powerful than you realize.
The mobile app isn't very user friendly. The app is slow and clunky. The current Powersearch functionality isn't very user-friendly either. Sure it'll give you a bunch of names, but it's hard to sort through the returns. The spring release is supposed to have an updated search function though that we're excited about.

Certain properties and searchable fields are not as accessible as they could be.

The Bullhorn/LinkedIn integration is often on the fritz, and we tend to have technical issues often.

I think Bullhorn gives a good value for what I get. I really like that it integrates with such a wide variety of other software options.
First, I'd like to see bulk parsing of resumes. Also, I'd like to have a support phone number available.
It's a hyper-competitive market right now so it's important to be top of mind with passive candidates. I'm using Bullhorn's integration with Constant Contact to utilize automated emails to streamline the process.
