I think the Dashboard version could have more options like History and Recordings of the calls. Those functionalities are already in there but the user has to dig a bit more to locate them and making them available right away would enhance the software usability.
I'm using CloudTalk to stay in contact with my customer base and it is very useful as it allows me to place calls very quickly for troubleshooting purposes which would take more over email.
Cloudtalk makes it easy to do cold calls with their calling and texting functions as well.

When calling clients we sometimes face no answer or straight to voice mail because of the area code is nowhere near where the client is. Cloudtalk offers autodialler which adjusts the area code.

For us the most helpful feature regarding cloudtalk is call recording. Without it, we would've missed out on thousands in revenue. It's also helped us improve our sales process by sharing best practices.
Not much to be honest. I think the price per seat is quite steep - I also know of other similar services at the same price range that do not charge credit usage.
