Copper has been easy to integrate with our Google workspace, and the pipeline has been easy to customize to our workflow. With multiple projects and no set time frame for completion (3 months to 4 years) it is great to be able to track them through a multi-stage pipeline.

Email integration is great, but we often have the same people on multiple projects, making it hard to distinguish which email is related to which project. Would like the ability to hide unrelated emails.

There is not a uniform timing for our projects, and with projects in multiple stages it was hard to keep track of all of them. Copper allows us to track the projects and continue to keep them moving at their appropriate speed.

Cooper has helped in many ways to keep track of candidates and all of their information. Also being able to integrate JustCall and use it all in one place.

We do not dislike anything about copper. It has helped us tremendously.

Better opportunity management, better tracking of contacts we work with irregularly and easier to refer back to previous discussions and act on them quickly without effort.

I like having the ability to set reminders with each task so I can always stay on track. I also enjoy the ability to add many different contacts to the same organization. I'm not sure how I would ever function without Copper CRM.

My only complaint is not having the ability to sync my Copper contacts with my work phone. I use an iPhone dedicated to work-only and it would be great to sync my full contacts list with my work phone.

I use Copper mostly to stay organized with my business contacts and so far it's working great! I can always reference previous notes and emails with clients, whenever I need to. It's been a big help!

I already recommended copper to colleagues, partners, and friends. I found it easy to use and accessible to any level of knowledge about computers or sales from experienced sales professional to the intern. It's even "fun" to use with the drag and drop on opportunities (my favorite to quickly reorganize my expected quota). Integration with the google calendar is a major time-saver tool!

I can't find anything. I had questions about whether or not Copper respected the European "GDRP" and I wasn't clear about where the datas are "physically". But it's not a part of the system usability.

Managing opportunities every week "effortlessly" in parallel to my business owner/manager/HRM job... We also worked as a team when I integrated accounts for an intern assistant working on the database and with the marketing manager using our database for communication.

I have to use a second CRM for incoming/outgoing automation

Opportunities allows me to keep track of leads that would otherwise get lost and/or forgotten. Once it's in the system, I can ignore them OR pay attention to them. But I can not forget them.

I like that it's very easy to use. It has a lot of options for different types of views.

I like that Copper integrates so well with our Google Suite. It's easy to use for everyone on staff, not just the tech savvy ones. I've used Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics before and they can feel overwhelming.

I dislike some of the reporting features. You cannot get as much detail in a report and they are a little harder to create than other platforms I've used before.

We utilize Copper for our sales funnels. It's easy to create multiple funnels so that several departments can use the same platform. Even my less tech-savvy employees can use it.

What I like best about Copper is the overall organization. This app helps me call/email/text potential leads and keep track of the contact dates. That being said, you can view EVERY email exchanged with your lead without having to go back and search on your email.

As of right now, I haven't experienced anything that would lead me to dislike copper. Everything that has been taught to me to this day has been easy to comprehend and maneuver.

Copper is helping me go back for months to identify any offer I could've given to a lead that might not have been ready to sign then. By doing so I can be consistent with the info I talk to my leads about.

We don't do cold calls but if we did I'd like a a built-in VOIP product.

We are solving the problem of not having insight into our sales process.

As a Sales person, we can export all the taken contacts into the CRM. They providing feature something for the quoting price in the CRM. We can have all the notes and store in the CRM itself. We are able to see those notes, before we are going for the further level of calls.

In Copper, we can only export the contacts or leads in CSV format. In searching engine, it is not showing the search history.

Usually, we try to resolve the Customer Complaints. It is user's friendly. Copper CRM helps us to do consistent followup with the clients or customers for the deal closure.

The ease of updating all team members with a simple tag feature, keeping us all current with our clients which allows us to communicate regarding each of our interactions remotely.

One of the things I really like is seeing emails sent out via gmail email that auto-populate into copper. I also like that our team can stay up to date to the minute when each of us log what work we have done.

I love the amazing way simple it is to add clients to my Copper CRM. It in all actuality does truly limit how much composing that you need to do yourself. I love that I am ready to login and verify what the last impart was with a specific client.

I could do without not having the option to see a months' perspective on the number of undertakings I have planned every day. There is such a great amount in the stage, it takes more time to learn everything to ensure we streamline. The dashboard could be better. I might want to have the option to include my own reports there.

Some emails from mail merge get blocked requiring the use of additional tools for outbound campaigns.

It keeps the team up to speed on accounts showing updates from followed accounts and opportunities. The scheduling feature is robust enough to not need a separate platform.

Copper is a bit slow, the loading page takes longer then many but you have so much more features
