It has allowed me to access my monthly salary sooner which is such a good advantage beacuse of the time it takes international money transfers. The site is quite easy to use and the application process was quite fast, when you have the right pointers from your employer.

The most noticeable downside about deel is the lack of ways of withdrawing the money quickly, the connection with certain apps has too expensive commisions to withdraw, and some internacional transfers can take up too much time.

I'd guess it's a simplification for the company to pay all the contractors, the benefit I've found for myself is that my funds were released earlier than usual.

La aplicación de gusta mucho, la única desventaja son los cobros de comisiones para el retiro del dinero en algunas plataformas.

For me was super easy to sing a contract with my contractor. Nice communications when I get paid.

I think that are some opportunites into login experience. In my case I usually enter two o three times in a month and its hard to find everytime the auth number to login. Maybe a web app that uses FaceID will be awesome.
