I'm impressed with the customer service provided by Ecwid. It is indeed, beyond expectations !. I have always been able to get in touch with the customer service team via chat within not more than one minute. I am particularly impressed with the effort they make to sort out the issues even if the matter is out of their scope. The overall experience I have had so far is very postive , more than I had expected.

Nothing specific to dislike about based on the fact that the product is value for the money.

I am using Ecwid to build up and maintain our online shop.

The products I sell require a lot of custom fields and Ecwid is so simple to setup with multiple custom fields with the ability to add cost per customization. I looked around at multiple store software and they either didn't have the options that I wanted or was confusing to use and setup. If you're just starting out, you can use Ecwid for free for up to 10 products and enough of the options available to manage your store, you can start making money today! It also connects to other store streams such as Amazon, Facebook and more to make it easy enough to sell your products and get your brand onto multiple platforms with just a few clicks.

I use a paid plan but can't edit or create invoices and I believe that should be a part of any paid services Ecwid offers. I have a lot of customization to my products and sometimes customers mess up or change their mind. It doesn't happen a lot and making a note of the change isn't a big deal, but I'd rather send their product with the proper marked invoice/packing slip to match what they wanted.

Ecwid provides a ton of options to setup your products and I haven't found a limitation to what I can setup on my products. It also connects easily to my business site and any changes made on Ecwid reflects instantly on my live website.

Ecwid can be easily integrated with our social media and allow use to sell products across multiple networks.customers can make purchases using different payment methods and it is very secure to use. The customer support is excellent and very quick. User interface is well featured for customers so they can easily purchase and checkout. Customer can easily track there order in real time.

The tool is very expensive so small startups can not afford this tool otherwise everything is good.

I use it for for my business and list the products to sellout. There many features which helps me in growing my business and revenue too. It saves my time,cost and man power which is great thing and also manage all my product very efficiently.

I love how easy it has made it to intergarte and it's constantly evolving and growing with the helpful 24/7 support.

I wish everyone intergrated with it. Adding all the add-ons can get pricey but as long as sales are up it more than covers it cost.

most helpful is communicating with customer service and chat function. It's really important because I had a moment that i couldn't do just by myself and the help from staff members was amazing.

Maybe we could say the price because for start-ups when it's especially a starting point you can't afford to pay monthly, I needed to stop using the website but I had to pay 7$ (don't remember exactly) to have all the stores saved and this wasn't helpful. It is better if the company (person) can't pay 20 or 40$ monthly just stop charging them and stop the website after that when the customer pays monthly payment then you can give and renew all the product which was already uploaded on the website.

Of minor issue is maybe better templates. This really hasn't impacted me.

I wouldn't have an eComm store if not for Ecwid. Shopify is not cost-effective. AND the Lightspeed payment processing is an added bonus.

Ecwid has made my e-commerce website business experience so easy. Now I can track all my earnings, shipping and product inventory very easily. No doubt Ecwid is the best platform for beginners also to creata a professional website and start earning a lot. But after renewal the price becomes little expensive to renew domain and hosting. But at the same this helps to grow your business also

Being a beginner it was quite difficult for me to creat a eCommerce professional website. But Ecwid has made it so simple. I have create professional website by my own and started earning internationally

Recently, GoDaddy discontinued the QickShopping Cart we had used for over nearly 18 years. They tried to push us into using a combined website/store - which cost $$ and we were not interested in doing. After quite a bit of research I discovered Ecwid by Lightspeed. It is awesome. You can start with a Free Plan, but there are options of several other plans as well. I have found Ecwid a dream to use and set up our store - making changes and updates is really easy. The look of our store is contemporary and very slick. In the instances where I have needed Support it was very responsive. And they check back multiple times to make sure that everything is good. Very happy to have switched to Ecwid.

I have not encountered anything that I dislike about Ecwid.

Ecwid is very easy to use and set up a store front. Adding products, updating prices and adding promotions is very easy. Our new online store has been busy since we launched with Ecwid.
