GanttPRO is not just a tool, it's a comprehensive solution offering features like task, deadline, cost, resource, and portfolio management, along with team collaboration (if you need it – more on this later), time logging, essential baseline features, and advanced export and sharing options. What I appreciate most about GanttPRO is its functionality and design – it’s not just functional, it’s purposeful. While using this tool, I have a strong feeling that the creators of GanttPRO have expert-level knowledge in using Gantt charts to optimise planning. This isn't just a tool with a Gantt feature tacked on; it's a specialised, expert-level Gantt tool designed for those who understand and value the intricacies of Gantt chart management. I highly recommend GanttPRO over any other software that treats Gantt charts as a secondary feature. Themes would be great, but they're not a dealbreaker at all – the export functions are super customisable, enough for you to add your own branding and flair to your charts.

My experience with GanttPRO has been exceptional, particularly in planning group projects. Its value became evident when compared to other tools I’ve used, such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, and Microsoft Office's Gantt features. GanttPRO stands out, especially for solo workers like myself: GanttPRO’s unique offering of creating virtual resources, a feature I didn't find in any other tool I tested, allows for seamless resource allocation to tasks without the need to add all team members, which often leads to increased costs in other tools (I’ve definitely been burned by this before).

I appriciate how clean the UI looks and feels, the loading animation is a nice touch as well. In terms of how the software is to use, the UI makes adding tasks and joy. It is simple without losing out on customisation capabilities. The critical path feature is very handy.

There's not too much to dislike about GanttPro. I found it fraustrating that the prices are given "per month" based on an annual pricing structure. It was a little misleading as I thought I could pay for GanttPro on a montly basis rather than committing to the larger upfront cost of paying on an annual basis.

It is said that any product exists twice, once in the mind of the creator and once when realised. GanttPro helps me to realise products by providing a framework in which I can plan a project effectively.

The main reason we chose this app is because it is Gantt chart based. We feel Gantt Charts are the best way to manage design, architecture, or project based teams. The interface is very well designed, clean and user friendly. Google integration has been of great help to us. And the time tracking feature is critical for cost control and forecasting.

There could be a bit more options for the graphics and visuals.

Our main use for GanttPRO is project management. We have been able to have accurate logs of time spent per task and per project. This has been extremely useful in fine tuning our pricing and having more realistic time estimates. Resource planning has also been a game changer. Now we know how much of the team's time is compromised and who we can assign to new tasks,

The easy and versatile interface. Easy to use copy-paste feature, Export to PDF (with huge page size) & Excel, Faster loading time, an excellent estimation way hourly/fixed. When we want to do a project, we can select demo projects from the template and use them to make projects faster. The templates are industry standard. I learned many things and completed a very complex project with one of the given templates. One interesting feature, we can create virtual assets and assign different rates for different assets. So, when it times to calculate project cost we can easily add assets and calculate hourly or fixed rate.

The combination of the project timeline & cost / Service charge in a single solution is stunning. Moreover, it can be used as a task manager efficiently. We can share the chat with the client. It saves a lot of time.

Es muy fácil asignar recursos a las tareas, así como costos fijos. El encadenamiento de tareas es fácil y completo, con lo cual es posible calcular la ruta crítica. Es posible observar el uso de recursos e identificar sobre-asignaciones y cuellos de botella, además de sub-asignaciones.

Me gustarían mas opciones de configuración de tipos de costo, sobre todo para considerar la incorporación de apoyo externo a mi organización.

It is a great tool to comply with the objectives and goals more comfortably and quickly. It has not loading problems, it is not complicated software to learn and it is not expensive software

With the function of estimating costs it is simple and easy to make an estimate of expenses and calculations by setting the prices for hours in the resources of our projects, with notifications each member of the team is alerted by mail to know that they have a new project or already A project was completed.

the customization of the website is really helpful in doing whatever you like in your project. also, the subheaders and the categorization of the template is so good. all of these come with a huge variety of templates to suit whichever you want. this website is very helpful for me during my study as I am required to do a lot of and charts and timeline projects during my study. I also like the headers you may want to add like Duration, Cost, Start date and end date. Finally, its subscription is good for the value-added and if you use these Gantt charts so much

The Complexity of the chart is a very critical point I think. maybe to improve the user experience is a good thing

I am trying to do a Gantt chart for a three-year project in one page. GanttPRO provides me with this feature unlike other websites and free templates in Excel for example.

The ability to add multiple levels of task to group separated sections, phases, ... Especially the virtual resources capability where I don't have to worry about adding unnecessary users to my plan, I can also manage external resources with ease.

Actual cost management is still need some improvements, for virtual resources the completion level still accumulates to the actual cost so it requires some work around to get the actual cost for certain tasks.

Saving efforts to maintain project timeline, both internally and externally. Ability to quickly calculate costs for project. Ability to filter and export the timeline to send to the client, save me tons on maintaining different timelines.
