Lo mejor de ganttpro es que puede administrar todo el proyecto de manera eficiente y exitosa, es fácil programar y realizar un seguimiento de cada tarea con mucha personalización, características y la mejor parte es que tiene una cartera diferente y templos para elegir que es muy fácil y útil para la gestión del proyecto desde el principio hasta el final.

La única característica menor que falta es la opción de exportar a MS Project. Pero no por eso la aplicacion deja de ser un excelente producto. Para mi cumple con todo

Se acabaron los planes de MS Project y el envío de archivos hacia arriba y hacia abajo. Plataforma Única accesible desde fuera de la red de la empresa, agil y sin ningun problema

I tried several options and GanttPro was the one that best suited my needs. To me, the possibility of working with many virtual resources made all the difference. As a publisher, I manage several projects at the same time and many tools, like Portfolio View and seeing all tasks that are running late on one single screen is awesome. Overall, I think it is very comprehensive and easy to use.

I would like to have fields to insert more information about the projects (not the tasks) and the virtual resources. Information about how many projects are in use would also be helpful. The fact that billing can only happen yearly and not monthly is something that may prevent people from joining.

GanttPro allows me to keep track of many projects developed by my team at once. Before, it was hard to adjust the schedule of each different production, and now it is just a matter of dragging a bar and moving the whole schedule accordingly. Very easy.

It was straightforward to use where every button is put in its best position, creating projects is easy and quick, and adding tasks and milestones is very easy. Also, controlling bars is very easy. You can move each task from one level to another. It supports multi-level tasks. The export function is full of functions and options, printing to pdf, png, or exporting to XML. all were fantastic.

Nothing to say, but if it included "pay as you go" plan in pricing, that will be very good

Its veryy easy to use, and i started with no special training , and after a few days , i succeded to understand basic principles of using a Gantt program and determine especialy Crithical path .

I cannot usi it without a internet conection, and i didn't succeed to save a copy on my computer.

Pdf outputs with charts. easy to track time for each task. I can manage my multiple project timeline and actually see the changes in the time period of each task.

Navigation among projects can be improved compared to similar softwares. The output of the project timeline cannot be printed for the selected time line which causes the output to be pretty zoomed out.

It helps in efficient plotting of project lifetimes, and also has an option of adding task relations. It helps me to see the status of each task and predict the timeline for the project with task information.

This is a fantastic application for project planning. I discovered it after experiencing all of the potential problems with using Excel for planning, and I'm not going to change it even if you have to pay for it on a monthly basis. It is completely user-friendly and saves a lot of time in project administration as well as communication with all project participants. You can see in a quick look in Gannt how the project is going forward, show different columns such us starting date, finish date, people responsible for each task, … in the same screen and also, access tasks quickly to do changes, add remarks, change dates, etc.

Everything is just perfect. Of course, the existence of a free plan would be a big plus for such software.

What I like the most about GanttPRO is the amicable way the different projects can be done and that I can share them with my teammates. Also, The beautiful designs that GanttPRO has are a plus!

I would like to have the option to edit the location of the names of the activities in the design and the option to add the duration of the activities in the Gantt

Currently, I am completing my thesis, and having a platform where I can organize all the tasks that need to be done is very useful. Now I am on time for my project!

GanttPro offers a pretty good UI and the workflow is intuitive. With the tool, a clear focus was placed on the creation of a project management tool. The team has therefore succeeded in creating a clear and easy-to-use tool that can be learned quickly.

It would be nice to have a desktop version of the app for my work process.

The software helps in organizing work for an individual or a team easily in a single place which reduces extra efforts and time wastage. It makes it easier to track objectives and manage time with a very understandable interface.

The pricing of GanttPro is way too much for what it's worth. Yes, it is helpful and saves time but the services it provides are not as elaborate as its pricing makes it to be.

Organizing work, distributing it to the team, setting a proper time frame for the objectives to be realized, and avoiding overlapping of work. It has really helped in saving time thinking about what to do next when the whole plan is already made in a single place.

Hola a Todos tengo que admitir que gantPro es una de mis herramientas favoritas en lo que es para la planificación de un proyecto lo que más me gusta es que lo puedo compartir con mi equipo de trabajo y de esa manera todo mi equipo este al tanto de cómo van con sus actividades, es forma de la que podemos estar al tanto de todo, de cómo van en el proceso de las realizaciones de las actividades, si tenemos retrasos, avances. GanttPro me resulta bastante útil de esta manera podemos calificarnos y mejorar para la realización de un mejor proyecto.

Que es de paga, ya que soy una persona con escasos recuersos y me gustaria que fuera gratis de esa manera podemos abrir mayor capacidad, y pdoemos hacer que nuestros poryectos tenga mayor organización

Estamos trabajando en un proyecto de la univesidad y me ayuda para hacer una planificacion mas detallada y mas sencillo de entender.

GanttPRO is very easy to use and functions very much like Microsoft Project at a much more affordable cost. Everything is customisable and totally user friendly - I have been using the software to manage my thesis project for my final year of study and it has been the perfect tool to keep me organised. Its layout is excellent and has been key to keeping me on task Finally, the team have been super helpful in answering my questions to help me use the program even better and there are even youtube videos to help you learn how to use all the tools!!

The only thing I would change is to allow the undo shortcut rather than having to select a previous version - this can just slow down my editing slightly, however, I do really appreciate also having the previous version history tool

I am planning my thesis project with GanttPRO, and working out the timeline for all my deliverables. Benefits I have realised is the linking of tasks and resources and the clear outline of my timeline from start to finish of the project

I am very happy with the experience I have had with Ganttpro, I have used it to plan my dissertation project. The software gives a clear indication of process loops and activities that will block tasks in my project. I am able to structure the project into different milestones and layout the individual task that will contribute towards the completion. Out of all the software I have trialed for project planning I feel this produces the charts with the most professional appearance, enable the chart to be exported in multiple different formats such as png most tools on the market only give the option of csv or pdf.

I am yet to find an issue with this product.

Gantt Pro enables the user to operate in a seamless manner with the extremely simple UI/UX and great breakdown visibility for the element level of components and tasks.

For a new beginner, to get hands-on aa quickly as possible the tool lacks a descriptive tutorial hint bubble and at times makes it difficult to browse through multiple options to choose from.

GanttPRO has made my journey as an entry level project manager easy since I am able to visually keep a track of all the tasks and activities and make dynamic changes to the project within a few clicks.

I like GanttPro very much indeed. I has unique features, and helps me organizing my work both in terms of studies and work. The workload can be distributed between different employees or project members. GanttPro has advantages of being able to add notes for specific tasks, allocating the risks associated with the task, among others. Furthermore Ganttpro provides a lot of good tutorials on YouTube and on their webpage. Being able to work collaboratively is a great feautyre of this planning software, providing overview and commitment from employees/students..

For one person use, it may be a bit expensive at first, but its worth the money in the end. GanttPro ensures that project-scoopes of projects are meet in time-wise and efficient manner

I would look for split tasks if possible but this doesn't hold me back right now.

I loved the product because i can improve the Management of projects and tasks, individually and in groups.

How easy it is to pick up and use, it also works smoothly. I have been planning a development schedule for my business plan, I can have virtual teams and organise all my sprints. The colours look great and the export options are incredibly useful, they look amazing for presentations.

Nothing, this software is fantastic. Thank you :) One improvement I could suggest is seeing the total hours for each team, this would help with budgeting and to be able to align it to a financial year.

I am creating a business plan for my mobile game, GanttPro has supported my development schedule and budget.

GanttPRO has a really nice and intuitive interface that makes it easy to lay out all of your project dependencies and visualize your project. I previously used plugins through Jira, but I was repeatedly frustrated by their cost and usability. GanttPRO was a significant upgrade and makes it much easier to manage projects even if it is outside of our other project management infrastructure.

It would be nice to co-locate parallel projects more easily into the same Gantt and be able to toggle them on and off. I also find that adding a task or adding a milestone under a subproject does not always work as expected. You have to hit the enter key for it to register, but it would be helpful for there to be another mechanism to confirm.

I used the program for project management, mostly to monitor the timeline and understand progress against established benchmarks.

I found it very intuitive and easy to use for tracking the project timelines and schedule. Ganttpro helped me a lot in preparing the reports and Gantt chart, so I will definitely recommend this tool in my workplace. Ganttpro enables you to work with your team members on the cloud and share with other people in a read-only, and also insecure ways. Moreover, it allows you to export your Gantt to different document types without losing any detail.

All tasks and sibling tasks have equal weightage, there is a limitation in calculating estimated progress percentage since for both tasks huge/major feature and minor feature-related have the same weightage.

It is one of the best tools to work with your team and keep track of the project status
