GUI is a really great and helpful feature in Gold Vision. The system allows to keep all the customer data in one place and hence save all the un necessary hassle. It provides an easy integration with other products like Sage or Outlook. It provides a fully integrated e-marketing solution. It is very quick to deploy. It provides a great customer base. It has mobile access. The system is very flexible and has great functionality. Customer support is great. They are very friendly and helpful. It is also cost effective.
For an initial use, the system is complicated. Terminologies are difficult. Filtering of different objects can be time consuming. Charts and graphs are limited and can be improved.

It's possible to link Outlook to Goldvision and all emails sent or received from the client are at one place which is very helpful as more than one person is working on clients' cases
