I love that the site makes it very easy for me to manage several accounts at once. I can easily stay on top of posting and engagement for my clients. The batch post feature has been a dream for me and the smart technology makes posting to individual platforms less of a headache.

I do wish that I did not have to post different images separately for each platform, that can be a little time consuming as I take the same image and resize individually to the specs of the platform it will post to.

I can manage more clients social media much more efficiently and in less time. It no longer takes me an entire day to create a content calendar then upload individually to each platform.

Hootsuite is one of the best options that can be found to constantly organize and maintain updated social networks. It has advanced features to analyze what are the topics in trends that allow you to keep updated the content that is shared on social networks. It also allows you to save time and plan what content will be published every day.

Outside the price that is a bit high there is nothing in the operation and features that Hootsuite possesses that I can criticize negatively. It is a very complete tool!

Not a lot to say. Scalability comes as an issue when there are over 500 posts to make for an organization. Integration along with recent Social Media apps can be quick.

It is pretty much expensive when you get to extend more apps you need to pay monthly or yearly. Free accounts are limited. You cannot manage more than three social media accounts in free accounts. You must have faced some bugs while auto-scheduling your post and when they are auto-posted. They take up a lot of time. There are restrictions in adding pictures you cannot add everywhere you want.

I like Hootsuite for managing and responding to comments and DMs as I prefer using a computer and typing and checking the spelling. Don't use Hootsuite as your only tool. Kind of a pain to do it separate/manually, but you get a better post/product in return. For example, you often can't add multiple images to a post or do a carousel-style post as you could directly within Facebook. Like most SaaS products that have a free version, there are limitations. You really need to go into networks and manually update them as well. Hootsuite hasn't cracked down on life yet either and lives video is a great tool! Thank you!

I like how easy this product makes it to merge my social media platforms together and keep all my information organized and easily accessible in one location on an easy to use interface. It is especially helpful due to the fact that I manage multiple accounts for multiple businesses, so being able to keep all my personal small business information in one place takes care of a great deal of my time I would spend organizing. It is helpful for a small business with only on employee - me!

The only thing I dislike about the service is the price. I feel it is a bit expensive for the amount of service it provides. This would be my main complaint because other than that I truly do love the program.

I am using Hootsuite to monitor and manager all my social media accounts. Sometimes I can't remember what I did and did not post on certain platforms. This is a great way to keep track of my posting as well as posting by others in the community.

I wish the reporting was more robust for my package type. I'd love to have reports sent to me automatically.

There are a lot of glitches when software's close their API and Hootsuite has to navigate that change. The mobile app is always lagging behind with the necessary updates. So I depend on the web tool a lot more than the mobile app. Sometimes I prefer that it is the other way around since I'm always on the go.

Hootsuite does one thing well, help you push content and listen to audience engagement. Right now the problem it helps me solve is to the create a space where my clients are consistently posting and the ability to answer queries form their audience without seeming disengaged or disingenuous.

It's a great platform because in it I can manage all the social networks that manages my company for the management of campaigns and newsletters and advertising and be able to do the marketing for potential customers and already established in the database, Impressive to have on a board all my social networks with multiple tabs in front of me. I also love being able to program the same publications and click on several social networks.

I would like many of its paid functions to be free, and see more updates, I also see that is very oriented to the Twitter platform most of the useful transmissions, such as monitoring thematic conversations, etc. I would like to see more functions in LinkedIn and Facebook as they are some of the platforms that we use in my company for marketing and advertising.

We were able to achieve integrations with social networks especially with Twitter and LinkedIn, has the ability to help collect content. I was constantly looking for things to retweet to interact with others online, so I used one of my columns to track particular keywords. Then I got tweets and real-time posts from people talking about the issues I wanted to get involved with and retweet for the brands I was managing. Honestly, that made my job 100 times easier!

I like that I am able to organize all social posting for every one of our clients. They are easily separated as well so that I don't get confused with different clients in there. Also I like that you are able to see what it going to be posted next. You are also able to easily edit the content if it needs changed after you schedule it.

I dislike that you aren't able to see the scheduled posts in a calendar view

Hootsuite is a very intuitive and user-friendly platform. It has plenty of features that make managing multiple social accounts incredibly easy, even in the free version.

I love the fact Hootsuite allows me to post days in advance, and schedule what days and times I want it on my timeline. It also notifies me when it is posted. It allows me freedom to not have to post consistently and set reminders.

It was a bit difficult to navigate in the beginning. But I got the hang of it the more I was able to play around with it.

Benefits: I love the analytics it provides. such as how many viewers, when's the best time to post etc. however it was difficult for me to use in the beginning. I didn't understand how to add what I wanted and how to read it.

I dont' like that you can only post 1 instagram photo at a time, and sometimes previews don't populate correctly

It makes you schedule posts to several platforms all at once. The calendar feature is very useful as well, it makes tracking easier for me. It is very user-friendly, unlike the other posting tools. It is also very easy to track if there are any new updates or responses from the viewers. It's basically a one-stop for social media managers.

The thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that there was a problem replying to comments on Instagram. I had to go to IG itself to comment or like responses from customers.

It makes my work very easy and saves me a lot of time in scheduling posts for my client. I became more efficient with my work as well. There are times when I need to copy the post for example from Facebook to Instagram. It makes it very easy because I can work on the current post, at the same time I have the scheduled post open at the side of the screen. Very very useful and efficient. I have tried other platforms like Buffer, but I can definitely say that Hootsuite is better. I highly recommend this tool.

Hootsuite is an amazing platform for all my needs. I run Facebook, Instagram and twitter and some google my business pages through it and it works great.
