También cuenta con una extensa documentación sobre el uso y configuración. Ofrecen ayuda con migraciones y cualquier tipo de configuración, lo que puede suponer una gran ventaja si no estás familiarizado con los hostings
No tengo ninguna queja en cuanto a la gestión de su sitio web desde Kinsta, y menos viendo el gran soporte que ofrecen. La única pega que podría poner es el precio, si comparamos con los principales competidores puedes ahorrate unos euros al mes según las características que necesitemos.
Necesito hostear varias páginas web de distintos cliente y mis propias webs. No tengo todas con Kinsta pero si varias, la implementación es rápida y ante cualquier novedad que necesite integrar me ayudan rapidamente.

The support quickly answers any problem. For us, they helped to debug WordPress performance issues by providing high-quality advice. They are very competent from a technical perspective and they're always here to help you.
Quite expensive and I would have loved a little bit more freedom such as installing Node.js or adding some custom PHP extensions by myself, but they're WordPress focused anyway. Too bad that you can't choose them for other kind of projects

The support is just AMAZING and the activation of SSL certificates and CDN services has never been easier.
Not having an email hosting is huge obstacle and additional cost. I really don't like the restriction on such a low number of PHP threads. I have never seen such a low limit, feels almost like you are being forced to switch to a bigger monthly subscription.
Kinsta is very reliable and with such great support, even if something doesn't work as you wish, you get efficient help extremely fast in most cases.

Intuitive ui, upfront pricing. Super easy to figure out how to use crucial elements like backups and staging.
Worker limits. The basic hosting package is fast and high performing, but is limited when traffic is high due to the PHP worker limit. For an online store starting out, this is easy to overlook
Predatory pricing structures of other WordPress hosts. Easy CDN setup blows away competition as well.

The best thing about Kinsta is the availability of support, and the very useful user dashboard.
It's difficult to clone sites and DBs if they are too large (>6GB) which is becoming a problem for us.
With Kinsta we are able to seamlessly connect Github and Deploybot for secure deployments.
What I like best about Kinsta web hosting is the speed and stability of their servers. On certain projects the one-click staging environment is also quite helpful.
Although their chat support is very good, phone support would be appreciated. Kinsta will not support a plain php/mysql application that is not built on Wordpress.
