Two things I love about KiSSFLOW are the simplicity and customer service! It is so easy to use, the learning curve is short and anyone can use this. The customer service is none like I have ever experienced with a software. Anytime of the day the response is immediate or within 10 minutes. Any problems I had have been resolved within a day!
There is nothing that I dislike about KiSSFLOW. I am not savvy on creating "conditions" in workflows, it is more powerful than we are currently using it for. I have not found great documentation on putting in conditions but that could very likely be my lack of tech ability (I am in HR :)
This product is a solution to our communication between our Managers, HR, Payroll and Business departments when any changes are made with employees in regards to new hires, change of status and separations. It has been a very valuable tool.
The ease of creating your own forms and communication with your account managers. The customer experience is the most important part of what I need to accomplish with KiSSFLOW. Abdul has far exceeded my expectations with how to use the product as well as getting quick fixes and answers. The people that help assist knows the product inside out, so it is very comforting to know that you are speaking with knowledgeable folks that can actually help resolve an issue. They also have a dedicated site where customers can submit feedback or enhancements (wishlist), which I thought was a great idea to solicit what the customer needs and try to prioritize their releases. Great job! Highly recommended!

Raising an Operations team, we are using KiSSFLOW to manage the inflow of request tickets. KiSSFLOW allows us to build SLA rules, business workflows and much more to accomplish what we need.
Kissflow allows for a person with only basic excel knowledge (me!) to effectively build custom workflow software. The interface is intuitive and the customer service help is second to none. For the money, nothing on the market comes close to doing what this software is capable of. In fact, because you are able to build workflows on your own I believe it yields a better final product than if you were to hire one of many other software companies to interpret your requests and translate them into software. Integration with Gmail made going live as simple as emailing our users and telling them to open the app. All they had to do at that point was follow the clear instructions that we were able to write ourselves for every step and question within the workflows.
There is nothing of significance that i could characterize as a dislike. The minor discrepancies that come up from time to time are quickly addressed in real-time by chatting directly with the support team. On at least one occasion I asked them to help troubleshoot an error message I was getting. They actually traced it back to an error that I made in a formula. The phrase "above and beyond" does not do the support team justice.
Using Kissflow we were able to completely eliminate paper signature approvals for all new-hiring and internal personnel changes for a company with 30+ locations and 700+ employees. Previously our HR department was seeking signatures for personnel approvals from people who often worked in different buildings. We are in the process of building and testing workflows that will digitize travel expense reimbursements and check requests.
Requesting paid time off using Kissflow takes under a minute, and needs no explanation or training - as it's extremely intuitive and user-friendly.
Users can log into Kissflow using their google mail accounts, so it would be nice if the PTO requests automatically updated into the user's google calendar.

Very, very simple to use. I only use it for vacation requests (I'm not an hourly employee) and it's extremely simple to use. Also the Google Chrome plug-in makes it seamless and easy to use.

I like that the Kissflow platform is completely versatile, since its functionality can be customized and adapted to the requirements of each of our departments separately. It is accompanied by an intuitive interface with a relatively short learning curve, which provides the opportunity to not have extensive prior preparation to be able to implement its tools. Among the many functions it offers, one of the ones we use and take into account are the data and process analysis that end up providing us with daily reports based on all the information that is being handled at the moment, in this way we can identify in advance any probable inconvenience, which leads us to act in time and have the best possible solutions to have all the important information at hand.
While we must recognize that the Kissflow platform has great potential due to the great boost it can provide to any organization, there are important points to take into account that I personally did not like, such as the customer support they have. Remember that it is a very broad platform with a large number of tools, which leads us to have a good command of some tools but there were others in which we needed help or a possible solution and the answers came too late. Another important point is that the cost of its license can become somewhat high for small and medium-sized organizations, although it must be recognized that it is one of the platforms with more tools to offer in the market in terms of business process management.
An increase in the productivity of the company, since today thanks to the help of the Kissflow platform we have a correct management by department. We are very grateful for the customization tools they offer, since through these tools we were able to adapt the functions of kissflow by department to the convenience and requirements of each of them. We save time in data and process analysis, since this platform provides us with important reports on which we can base ourselves to implement solutions to relevant problems. And without a doubt we can say that now we have a better effectiveness in every strategy we decide to implement.

The email integrations that generate are sometimes challenging to create, but the support staff at Kissflow is accommodating and always available to meet when requested
Kissflow has organized our incentive process for our salesforce. It allows us to layout our programs each month and approve them and recap efficiently. I found our sales team is performing at a higher level because of the accountability Kissflow naturally attaches to each user in a workflow

There are times that functionality - especially when updating or creating new screens - can be a little bit confusing for the average layman.
It gives us a platform for several business needs - purchasing & budgeting, maintenance requests and employee time off (PTO).
The purchase order form that I was able to create is very easy for other staff members to use, plus I get notifications when a form has be filled out... and I have a record. Kissflow customer service reps were very helpful with any questions that I had.
It's not as intuitive as it could be, but it's very close. Fairly easy to use.
I'm not currently having any problems. My form works fantastically.
The fantastic thing while using this software is that the software provides you with several workflow steps and processes for creating a unique type of work data and workflow. The UI of the platform is so amazing, unique and attractive for all new users. I think the deployment of the tools or the features is also so faster and so accurate every time. Generating reports for every workflow is easy now with this software. All the features and tools included are reliable and intuitive and provide the most dynamic benefits.
The API service available on this platform is not working correctly sometimes. The software update information is never notified to the users via email, which is quite irritating. The mobile functionality or the mobile application of this software does not work correctly, even some of the tools are not available in the mobile application, and only limited features are there.
The application can be used as a cloud application, which helps you to easily integrate it with other third-party marketing applications like CRM, QuickBooks etc. The procedure of collaborating and integration is excellent and helpful. Completing all the work with full automation saves time and prevents us from making mistakes with customers and dealings.
It's so easy to find purchase orders from different departments in one place and it really makes the procurement processes easy!
Sometimes when I go back after selecting particular Purchase order from the list, I have to again search for the supplier as it automatically resets to the main page. When I have to collect multiple POs from the same supplier, it's a bit inconvenient.
Kissflow made Bookkeeping easy for me. I can find any PO fastly with the help of it.

Kissflow has made a clear process for designing and due to the steps it has helped us limit the amount of edits and back and forth between the designers and the sites.
It made our product development system fully clear while working on G Suite. The volume of paper required for housework gets reduced considerably with KissFlow. It allows us to streamline a total system. Besides, changing a system is very simple, allowing clients to improve flow quickly, by taking many local roles which always change in the way our organization is set up.
The documentation should be changed, as the documents themselves are good, but it is difficult to obtaining the data. Also, huge errors have been identified, particularly in the back-end during the method, even though these errors can usually be quickly solved. It is necessary to work with Excel Spreadsheets to also work with KissFlow.
KissFlow is used by all departments throughout our company. It helps to manage the decision-making process by checking that all phases are pursued, so decision makers and the task-makers get the necessary information at the right time of the operation. KissFlow has strengthened our workflow procedures as we had to think upon every individual in detail. Now, we can just push the person in KissFlow, give them an e-mail or call him or her to transfer the application.
I have been using Kissflow for close to six months now. The ease with which one can map a business flow with Kissflow is simply amazing. The interface is quite intuitive. In case one needs help to understand a formula or process, the help section has quick 2 minute videos which cover almost every topic.
There is no way to proof check the application. A sandbox type concept could help one to see how the business process flow created actually works.
My firm has been using this for automating backoffice business processes which were being handled either on excel or manually.
