Klaviyo has immensely useful and impactful business insights between their analytics dashboard, benchmarking tools, and ability to break down attribution. When you're managing a multitude of customer information from varying sources of zero-party to third-party data, Klaviyo helps you break it down and use it in a meaningful way—without a data scientist behind the keyboard. On top of their analytics, it's incredibly user-friendly from a UI and navigation perspective, they offer a robust knowledge base for increasing your platform proficiency, and there are so many ways to segment, automate, and grow your email + SMS activities.
There's very little to name, but I would like to see more integrations surrounding CRM and ERP-type systems to plug in a large volume of customer data, especially for omnichannel retailers.
Klaviyo solves big problems for marketers trying to gain efficiency and scale within their digital strategies. Being able to do so much all from one place not only saves time, but it earns more revenue.

The go-to choice for most Shopify merchants for easy setup, user-friendly email builder, powerful reporting tools and audience segmentation. On top of being packed with features that are simple for merchants to learn, they also have an excellent support team that caters to their clients and agencies.
Transactional emails can be challenging, and managing multiple storefronts is a bit tedious because they require separate Klaviyo instances. That said, we have yet to have a negative experience with Klaviyo!

Klaviyo is one of, if not the top email marketing solutions out on the market right now. Their plans are reasonably priced and the product is great.
Their SMS plans need some work to be comparable to their email solution. We recently decided to go with a different competitor for that reason (only for SMS).

Klaviyo is super simple to follow through on the website. The menus and the entire process are laid out clearly and efficiently. It pushes you to do better by showing tips and examples; it makes you want to click on more to learn; it helps you to look bigger and better; it develops a sense of 'marketing' instead of just emails. It is super easy to connect with other apps if needed and the support is always there!
Not a lot of dislikes in the 2 years of us using Klaviyo.
It benefits us by assisting us to create beautiful marketing emails that create growth both in sales and in the brand side. It pushes to be better by developing itself.
Klaviyo for email blows MailChimp and SendinBlue out of the water. The Automations, tagging, and template systems are the smoothest to use. Blocks helps with the look and feel of emails without being overly complex to use.
Some parts of Klaviyo are not intuitive - for example, to change the color of bullet points, you have to change them in Styles, as opposed to the block editor itself. Sometimes, things don't save properly, so you must double-check to ensure things are as you intended before sending your campaign out.
Klaviyo solves dynamic tagging and segmenting of our customer base, as well as a relatively simple interface for creating email campaigns and flow automations. The sign-up forms are pretty decent too.

I like the automations I have set-u for my eommerce store on Shopify. I found them simpl to set-up and they work as expected. I've used 3 other email marketing and automation services before coming to Klaviyo! I love the templates and that they are constantly being updated with new templates added.
There's a small learning curve to using Klaviyo, just because of the amount of features available. I havve been able to figure out anyhing I had questions with fairly easily though.
Keeping my future and current customers informed about what my buiness is up to and any events or promotions I can offer my audience. I like to give them some behind the scenes info they won't find elsewhere, so I think my email list appreiates that.
Klaviyo cares about its customer's success. They have a bunch of tools that really help you in your marketing efforts even beyond email! I'm a big fan and would recommend them to everyone.
For a seasonal business, it's tough because you don't necessarily email your customers as many times as you do during your busy season. You may end up paying for the higher plan regardless. Nevertheless, the team was very kind to us in accomodating for these issues.

I have used other email marketing sites but nothing has been quite as easy and efficient as Klaviyo. It's very self-explanatory but even if I've had any issues or queries, the team have been easy to get in touch with to help advise and/or rectify.
I think the blocks can be tricky to work with at times if you want them side by side to each other. Also even though it's great to see how the email would look from a phone or desktop, it means more admin. Would be ideal if Klaviyo could easily pull in our Recharge active customers too so that we don't have to export every time.

So many things. First of all, in an industry (i.e. tech) where so many companies are ignoring customer service completely or making it available only to top paying users, Klaviyo has robust and very knowledgeable customer support staff. Secondly, the capabilities and integrations with Klaviyo are second to none. The setup and campaign/flow process is so straightforward even a novice email enthusiast can set it up. Lastly.....the analytics are great. I love it!
TBD, I am not sure yet as I haven't come across something that works less well than competitors I have tried.
