We migrated from Emarsys to Klaviyo, and it's one of the best decisions we've made in our MarTech stack. It's easier to use, a third of the price of Emarsys, has many more integrations with other platforms, business users can configure it, and best of all, it's simple month-to-month pricing!

I love how user-friendly this platform is. They make is so easy to build emails and schedule everything out. As a very busy email marketer, I appreciate the effort they put into making their platform easy to understand and easy to use.
I wish that their texting platform was a bit more built out in terms of revenue tracking and mobile-friendly opt-in links. Also, I wish they offered more fonts in their library!
We are solving the biggest problem of all - how do I make money? Klaviyo has helped up help our clients tremendously in terms of not only generating revenue from new customers but generating revenue from returning customers. Email marketing makes up anywhere from 20-50% of our client's overall revenue.
I love the ability to see the revenue that each email or text brings in to know what's working and what isn't. I love that you can tell exactly what products have been purchased and viewed. I love having email and text in one platform!
I dislike the email limits on each plan- haven't had that with other providers. I also dislike that there isn't a tagging feature like ConvertKit and Active Campaign.
Knowing what works and what doesn't... and creating flows based on activity etc. So we have been able to write more similar emails to the ones that work best. Also getting email and text all in one!
The user experience is flawless. So easy to understand and operate segments, flows, A/B testing and campaigns. Attribution and profiles feature is great as well.
Tried the SMS program for a few months and found deliverability to be low. I was also told a dedicated rep would be following up with me and no one ever did after set up.
Automated flows have been amazing. Segementing audiences was something we didn't do before Klaviyo and we've seen great success sending segmented campaigns.
The level of integration Klaviyo provides with other software and solutions my company uses on a daily basis.
WAY too many price tiers. It feels like every few weeks I am upgrading my plan.
Automating certain workflows with Flows in Klaviyo has saved us HUNDREDS (if not more!) of man hours. Abandoned cart and browse flows have also increased revenue substantially since implementing them.
I already liked Klaviyo email marketing. I've been doing this for a long time and used many different tools. Klaviyo is by far the best and easiest to use. Then...they got SMS marketing! SMS is just as good if not better than email marketing. Short and sweet targeted messages and the open rates are amazing. Klaviyo's customer service is outstanding and any help I've ever needed I got within minutes. I look forward to growing with them in the years to come.

Klaviyo is not only helping me communicate helpful and life changing information with my email subscribers but they are helping me move forward into the future seamlessly with the use of SMS marketing.
The platform is infinitely scaleable. You can create email/sms flows with some amazing logic and interlace the two for a multifaceted approach. In a world where scaling companies are trying their best to make their company feel like a person, and their customers feel like more than a number, Klaviyo can help you get there.
I wish there were a more mobile-friendly option. I really appreciate that we can respond to customers' SMS, but I wish I could manage it from my phone rather than be notified by email when I get a customer SMS response.
With flows, and the immense educational resources and community Klaviyo offers, we've been able to increase our LTV through email without having to rely on writing new content every time we want to send to our list. We can get much more juice out of one evergreen flow, by leveraging it over time and A/B testing creative.

Klaviyo helps with our email marketing. We don't want to send every email to everyone, but we are designing our emails in a way our customers are sent on the basis of what they did on our website. Forex, if they buy a product, they will be sent emails with discounts for that product. If customers haven't yet bought a product but have seen it, they will be sent educational emails that warm their interest even further.
Besides being a great app, Klaviyo provides incredible support. A special thanks to Robert Mullins and Emma Rubenstein. They answered all my questions in detail and walked me step-by-step on setting up our email templates and flows. I wish that more companies adopted such a level of dedication to their customers.

Klaviyo provides a great and intuitive template for email automation. We use them on our Shopify store.
We switched from Mailchimp and have been able to micro-target our audience as well as segment them based on purchase history, characteristics, etc. This has really been a game changer for our email marketing in terms of automations, we can set them all up and let klaviyo do the rest!
It is definitely a learning curve moving to Klaviyo as there are lots of automations to build out and different features to use. However, they do offer a lot of training and tutorials that make it super helpful to do it yourself!
We are solving problems with automations, segmentation and customer data. We recently switched our website hosting to Shopify, and being able to integrate Klaviyo has allowed us to use purchase data for our targeting needs. Additionally, we are able to segment and target specific customers to send them specific emails or discounts, etc.

I like everything. It really is a complete ESP and CRM. Easy to target segments and market to them when they need/want your product. Results were amazing. I had experience with MailChimp, and Klaviyo is hands-down the best!
I'm able to target customers/prospects who show interest in our product. Segment and personalize each offer and email to that group. It's so easy and fun seeing your results in real-time! I cannot wait to see what Klaviyo does in the future to revolutionize email marketing!

Customer support is the best part of Klaviyo. The Email functionality is easy to use and Segmentation is straightforward to work with and seamlessly integrates with Paid Media Campaigns on Facebook and Google. Being able to sync with Shopify Plus and many other platforms makes Klaviyo an easy choice.
Rearranging CRM Campaigns in Flows can be challenging. There are bugs from time to time. Overall, the setup time is worth the effort.
Campaign Deployment and Automations are the best part of using Klaviyo. Email Marketing is easy with a platform like Klaviyo.
Klaviyo has turned out to be a CRM-oriented software that has generated fundamental growth in terms of handling our email marketing by automating it. We have liked having this resource and our improvement in being able to make decisions based on its reports and analysis.
They need more incorporation material for new users, it has useful robust features that might not be taken advantage of due to lack of introductory material.
