Kontainer is easy to use as well as an ordinary user and as an administrator and is quite intuitive.

There are some performance issues like waiting too long for things to happen - like when uploading or moving pictures. It might be related to the fact that our images are stored on our own server.

It enables us to share pictures more easily acrossour large organisation.

We save a lot of internal resources by having 1 platform that can both download, share and custom crop all our assets, giving all customers and customers customers access to our world of images and videos without having to sned individually to everyone who asks.

I think we only dislike the PDF viewer that is available in Kontainer. We hope that will improve so it becomes just as intuitive as the rest of the system.

The easy search and find in the Kontainer. I can just type in the thing I need to use, and then pictures whit keyword appear. So simply to use, and feel safe when sending externals links.

Sending external links to partners around the world. It's difficult to tick off the people who should be granted access, especially when only a few people should have access.

Managing our media bank. Sending out material to partners, shops and people I co-lab with. This is an essential part of my working flow, and it makes it easy for my to have control of where my content is, whoem have acces and what content I need to get more of.

It's really easy and user-friendly. It is easy to get an overview and find the images you need.

The only thing I miss about using Kontainer is an overview of if the images are not automatically transferred to Kontainer.

It's a great tool for our press and an easy tool to send out to our customers so they can download all the images they need in the resolution they need.

I like how easy it is to make new collections and make it look good!

I wish there was a way to edit names and add comments to specific photos without having to click on it, just doing it in the overview.

It centralizes all marketing and photo assets, making it easier to share.

The ease of usability. Especially the custom download function, making it easy to download the images as you please without being highly technical skilled

The platform could be a little more intriguing to look at in terms of visibility. The look and feel of the platform is a bit to 'corporate' for us (as a fashion brand), so it could all in all become more "sexy".

Mostly work with press. Again the image download function is a big hit, both externally and internally.

I think the most helpfull feature is the DAM system. I use it daily and share invite links to our customers whom also find it easy to use

Actually i do not find any reason not use kontainer. The only this like is small features, like when you search and it does not show which thing the system could not find

Kontainer has an ok beautiful design. We also really like the accessible customer service. The system is stabile and does more or less work all the time, which we appriciate.

The new features - featured after the last update - do not suit our needs. Now, Kontainer is too difficult to use - and the features are not aligned with the way we work.

We have tried to reach out to Kontainer with the problems we meet with the new features - or should I say the features that are no longer. But they seem quite confident that the system is better now than before. And perhaps it is for most of their customers. But not for us. So I do not think, that Kontainer are solving any of our problems.

Kontainer is easy to use, easy to share and easy to get started with. I use it every day and it's made sharing photos across our organisation easy, and really shortened the time necessary for finding and adapting images for various media. I love the links that we can share to images to outside partners, too. Customer service has been great all along, and we really appreciate the GDPR compliance.

I wish Kontainer had integrations into iOS versions of MS Office. Hopefully that will come soon. Another feature that would be great would be an integration into Hootsuite.

We have all our images on Kontainer, making them searchable, sharable and editable (e.g. we can adapt sizes for various types of social media easily and quickly)

After thorough research to find the perfect DAM tool for our company, I can say that Kontainer has been a great choice! It offers all the essential features we require, and it comes at an affordable price. What's most impressive is how user-friendly the platform is. We effortlessly manage the visual identity for five different brands. Their support team is also a big plus, always available and incredibly helpful. Kontainer has simplified our workflow and already proven to be a valuable asset to our organization.

To enhance user experience, Kontainer could make filters more adaptable to preselected preferences and improve its ability to identify duplicate content during uploads.

Kontainer centralizes our assets, ensuring easy accessibility and well-structured organization, facilitating efficient sharing both internally and externally.

Kontainer is easy to use. It is a great way of sharing files. Especially if you have a great amount of files or the files are big and cannot fit in an email. I would highly recommend Kontainer to my colleagues, business partners and friends.

We often run out of storage space. That can create unnecessary frustration.

I use it whe I am not able to send files in an email.

That it can be connected to our PIM system and that it is easy for the press to find what they seek.

I can't think of anything, I like it all.

Godt til uploade og downloade af større filer til og fra eksterne. Det er nemt at kunne give og styre adgang for eksterne, og udvælge hvilke mapper der skal gives adgang til - både med direkte links eller via mailadresse.

Der er så mange (gode) funktioner, at det kan være svært at sætte sig ind i dem alle. Jeg tror slet ikke vi bruger alle funktioner til fulde.

Til at uploade og downloade større filer på en sikker måde, når filerne bliver for større til Outlook - og bedre end Wetransfer.
