The usability of it. The team is constantly making improvements to bugs/friction points. The ability to auto scroll on sales nav when side by side with LeadIQ is huge! It is also super easy to implement and integrate with other platforms such as SFDC and out reach. I use it every day!

From top down, the integration with linkedin simplifies my prospecting journey to a few clicks. It saves me time reaching my prospective buyer with quality information at hand, the sale or outreach has never been more straightforward.
The Scribe functionality needs some work, and details of propsects abroad are less abundant (Africa region)

By far the best prospecting tool I've ever used! Very easy to use; integrates with all of our software. We use it every day and it finds the majority of our lead info.
When not synced, or can't capture info, a bit confusing to understand the full reason why and how to fix.

I think lead IQ is a really good tool. it helped with importing people to a cadence. it easy to visualize, great support if needed. I use it everyday.

Sometimes won't have the right email for certain people if they were at an old company.
Solving my need for contact info for enterprise contacts. Allows me to seamlessly and accurately contact someone.
Its provided accurate contact details, as well as allowing you to change the company name or url in order to find a different email address. Many people work for more than one company and this feature helped with that.
It is not as easy to mark a number or email as incorrect as it is in other softwares of a similar calibre.
When prospecting potetnial customers it is important to have accurate contact information when reaching out. LeadIQ helped provide direct information so that I could perform my sales role for effectively.
My team loves LeadIQ. We leverage the ability to quickly add prospects to currated list that are then exportable directly to SFDC, Outreach, and as CSV for interteam collaboartion. The numbers are accurate, the certanty settings keep our SFDC clean. It's also interesting to see the breakdowns of titles and geo location for our prospectings adding a extra layer of insight for reporting calls.
Could always use more dashboards to gain insight into prospects and outcomes :)

I like that it typically has more contact information that ZoomInfo. Very easy to use.
Sometimes the page doesn't refresh with Linkedin - has an easy button to refresh on your own. Should indicate if numbers aren't verified.
I do 100% outbound prospecting. It's super helpful in getting contact information.
Lightning-fast prospecting assistance. Much faster to digest if it's a good lead vs. ZoomInfo and the UI is great. Literally one click and I can get the right prospects with all their relevant info loaded into SFDC and SL cadences. Absolutely love this tool.
When a lead doesn't fit all data requirements, or there is confusion over the related account record, it can be difficult to overcome.
Saving me tons of time vs. even using Cmnd + J and Scratchpad. Incredible time and tedium saver. Also, they pull information from sources not readily available to me, so if I can't find a piece of contact info on my own, LeadIQ seems to have improved the comprehsiveness and intel sources, and I almost never use other intel tools anymore.
I like that Lead IQ has solid info that is simple to find and easy to access.
Sometimes there are multiple phone numbers listed for a contact and it's a guessing game or trial and error to figure out which one is the correct number...usually 1 out of 3 is correct if 3 numbers are listed.

Manually adding prospects into CRM, it's now very easy.
LeadIQ is great for quickly sequencing prospects form Sales Navigator to your Outreach tool. The contact information provided is usually correct and displayed almost instantly. The Scribe tool has already gone through helpful updates and I'm enjoying the AI component.
If your tech stack isn't equipped with the tools LeadIQ configures with, you will not get the full benefit of the tool.
LeadIQ dramatically cuts down the amount of time it takes to sequence prospects. Once they're sequenced it also saves time scanning profiles for hot topics to call out in the outreach with the new Scribe feature.
