Mailchimp is a great and easy way to connect with customers. Email marketing is very important, and Mailchimp allows you to do just that. I highly recommend Mailchimp.
Mailchimp is a little glitchy. So when using it, make sure you review your work and send yourself test emails so your email that is going out is the same as the one you are editing.
Mailchimp benefits me by allowing me to connect with customers and readers. It gets you right into their inbox with a clear and concise email marketing campaign. I love Mailchimp!
Extremely user friendly out of the box. It's fun and effective. Pricing is very fair. There are lots of automated features and digital tools. Lots of templates. Integrates well with Shopify, Word press and other similar tools.
There could be more free templates and better contact organization. The ability to customize emails would also be great.
It's automated my email marketing very well. Before Mailchimp, we did everything manually.
Mailchimp is easy to start, has an intuitive layout, and is a great starting point for beginners!
I don't like that one can't create more than 2 lists in the free plan.
I can connect with my subscribers and followers, let them know what I’ve been up to, and track how many emails were opened, and got clicks etc.
Mailchimp is wildly flexible. It can be as simple or complex as you want it to be which is great, as this allows it to grow alongside you and your business. The built in templates are a huge plus for someone starting out on the platform but the custimization is unlimited, meaning you can design to your heart's delight. I also love the reporting metrics, very powerful.
We still are often hobbled with MailChimp emails going to Spam inboxes, so there is a little bit of work in getting things off the ground initially. But that is really it, I love the software otherwise.
We use Mailchimp in two ways - the first, for an internal weekly email that only goes out to employees of our company. Second, it is one of the main tools we use for outreach to our audience.
Mailchimp is easy to learn and start producing aesthetic, organized content quickly. Performance metrics are also useful to track opens and clicks, test variables, and improve performance.
Occasionally emails sent from Mailchimp, as with other email services, can bounce. There wasn't anything that stands out as a con to using this service. I would recommend this platform to newbies.
Mailchimp makes it easy to design and deliver professional-looking emails and newsletters to a large audience. The metrics also make ot simple to track and segment audiences.
Mailchimp is super intuitive to use and a great way to automate reaching customer!
There is not anything that I dislike about mailchimp!
Mail chimp helps me reach customers in an automated and efficient manner!
I have been using it for years and find it easy to use, fast, efficient, and user-friendly. I can send email campaigns in minutes by duplicating past campaigns and just tweaking them.
I don't get much engagement from my subs, and believe my campaigns go to Spam.
It allows me to send holiday campaigns, promote real estate listings, and just remind my sphere that I'm still selling real estate and insurance.
I like the quick sign up forms and email template designs.
I wish we could add multiple contact lists per email campaign. Right now you can only ad a tag.
This is a great intro email marketing platform for those just dipping their toes into sending professional emails to their contacts. Before, businesses had no clue how who and how many of their customers were opening and engaging with their information. With Mailchimp, they can see the level of engagement and track that over time.
I love how you can save the template and just change the words/pictures to stay in touch with my database.
Can't think of a downside. Mailchimp works great.
Keeps me in touch with my database for free
This is one of the best plaform for email marketing. Here we use to send the campaign to targated customers. This can be helpful to reach genuine customers. We can increase the brand in less time.
No dislike from my end. Everything is going good at work.
Less in pricing, and it is great help for small scale organizations and startups.
I love the platform and how it is easy to use and teach to other individuals. I like the data it shares.
I think I dislike the cost point for SMB.
We wanted to share a lot of information to a lot of people and we used Mailchimp to do that at an effective and efficient manner.
I have always recommended Mailchimp to clients I work with. It's so easy to use and create beautiful email templates without code needed. I also love their thoughtful approach to design.
There is not much I don't like about mailchimp.
Mailchimp has such a small learning curve for those that are new to Email marketing or email design. The drag and drop editer is very simple to use and their analytics can really assist growing an email list.
Ease of use, importing contacts, saving templates
Difficult to customize some of the design elements
Quickly sending mailings to large contact lists
Creating an email is very easy and intuitive. You can simply drag and drop different email elements, stylize it to match your brand, and for a new business owner the basic free account is an appealing deal.
For someone who wants to start off on the basic plan, you are limited in what you can do. For example, modifying the HTML code to have a more catered look for your brand. this is not to say that you can't create very good looking emails.
I recommended this for a non-profit organization to use because they wanted to start sending emails out to their contacts, the free version was perfect for them to test it out. I created some templates that matched their brand and they have been using them for over a year now.
Templates are predesigned to suite most business needs
Slow performance Sometimes as it takes time to load the template
Organized library allow me to save time on searching
I like how easy it is to use Intuit Mailchimp. I've used the platform for several years, not only for my own personal newsletter but for several organizations as well. Any time I'm asked to create a newsletter for clients, I always use Mailchimp. Not only do they have a free level for beginning users, but some of the functions that are available to free users are more than even some paid systems have. I also use the paid level for a couple other clients and appreciate the added functionality there as well.
The automated drip campaigns and the forms are a little difficult to set up at first. I had to consult a few articles outside the Mailchimp system to figure out exactly how to use them. Once I figured it out, everything was fine, but they could be a little more intuitive.
I use Mailchimp to promote a nonprofit organization, as well as for my own personal use. It's a great way to share monthly news with our subscribers, which helps us with fundraising and increasing awareness for our organization.
Tagging and ability to track subscriber's interaction with the email and to verify if an email has been sent to a subscriber.
Two clicks to search for a subscriber in all contact and three clicks to add contacts. Would be more efficient to have these functions in the Audience submenu.
Verification that the subscriber has been sent an email, has opened the email and has clicked on the links within the email. This prevents us from sending duplicate emails and from unnecessarily disseminating licensed information.
It is so user friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
The product is a but pricy for scaling purposes.
Reaching our customers with effective messages.
I love how easy it is to upload recipient lists, and customized emails and the safety check features to ensure the campaign is set up correctly before sent. Excellent tool set.
Really subjective, but integrations with existing toolsets always help streamline workflows. Mailchimp has several integrations so you'll want to double check it can work well within your environment.
Intuit Mailchimp helps me reach my customers and nurture my prospect list. I love how easy it is to use the tool and the basic reporting available to help optimize follow up campaigns.
I love how simple everything is to use and set up. It's truly plug and play and it's extremely easy to use.
I dislike that the ability to schedule emails lies behind a paywall.
I needed an easy way to create and manage mass mailings and Intuit Mailchimp had everything I needed.
