I have discovered that among numerous email marketing platforms, Mailercloud is by far the simplest and easiest to use. Even individuals new to email marketing can effectively navigate through its user-friendly interface. The campaign setup process is straightforward and simple. One feature that has caught my attention is the availability of ready-to-use templates, which greatly reduces the time spent on email creation.

There is one drawback that I'm not particularly fond of - the inability to include the same contact email in multiple lists - overall, Mailercloud is an exceptional platform.

I've been a Mailercloud user for about a year now and there hasn't been any hassle or mishap on my day to day email use. Easy to use platform, user-friendly UI and UX, quick setup. Practically everything!

I haven't had anything to dislike about Mailercloud so far. I haven't been able to reach out to their support because I haven't had any mishaps or problems using Mailercloud. Take note that I've been a Mailercloud user for about a year now!

About Mailercloud, I like the interface. It's designed in such a manner that any individual, regardless of his experience in email marketing, can run successful campaigns. Further, I like its features, including personalization, automation, integrations, drag and drop email builder, and segmentation.

I am happy with Mailercloud, and there is nothing to dislike.

Its finely designed user interface makes it easy for its users to easily scroll through its dashboard and use its features.

Its Mailercloud features and their team support. I find a lot of features like Database filteration, User Interface is simple and good. Support is excellent, and they are eager to solve the problem in the minimum time. Pricing Also is too less compared to other competitors and data security is very high. Lots of other features related to mail send timings and count which makes it very easy to schedule in the way you want. Automation and feed form facility is also there. Overall it's like a complete package at very minimal cost. Any platform and their features is useless without a better support and that is the point which makes Mailercloud far better from others.

Nothing is there to dislike but Some features are missing of segments download, but they are working on it, and it will solve soon.

More Views / filters for campaign reports could help. Adding a single user to a list is somewhat of a lengthy task, could be more simplified.

It was impossible to have the same email address in two or more different lists so I could easily trigger additional email campaigns. The support team explained how to find the workaround by adding tags. So, the issue was solved.

Email automation is quite easy and cost-effective compared to what we've used previously.
