The feature I like more about SQL servers is JSON parsing to parse complex data. you can easily parse complex level attributes with a simple select query. easy to scale based on the load to consider the basic feature of cloud provider Pay-as-you-Go. full support of collation and integration with Azure AD helps to provide hand-in-hand security measures. Transparent data encryption helps to secure data over the network. Self-performance tuning advises end-user to add an index to provide better query performance. SQL pool enables the database to share compute power helps us critical application functionality more smoothly. easy option to provide access to on-prem users helps application developers to keep more focus on development rather than infrastructure.

It's great, there are series of VMs; entry level to extreme level performance with multiple choices. I met my all requirements through place. Overall experience is great. Because Azure is well fine-tuned, user friendly service, also service is good.
