The platform is constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of its members, and it is known for providing exceptional customer support.
It would be great to have more marketing features integrated within the platform instead of relying on external services.
In my situation, I use Mighty to bring people together who are either moving to a new city or traveling. I help them acquire/share knowledge about all aspects of moving/traveling as if I were their best local friend. With Mighty, I can easily engage members and foster a community where everyone can provide support and exchange valuable insights
One of the best things about Mighty Networks is its ease of use and flexibility in creating online communities, courses, and memberships. The platform provides various customization options, allowing creators to tailor their network to their needs and brand identity. Mighty Networks offers a seamless user experience with its intuitive interface, mobile app, and integrated features such as live streaming and member directory.
I do not have anything to dislike or criticize about Mighty Networks. However, some have expressed concerns about the limited integration options with third-party tools and the lack of advanced analytics features. Nonetheless, these are relatively minor issues and may not necessarily impact the overall user experience or the platform's effectiveness in building online communities and courses.

I love that I can bring together my membership, courses, events, and community into one beautifully-designed platform that ISN'T attached to social media
I'm looking forward to more payment-specific options and features
I can bring together my community, courses, events, and membership all in one place vs having to leverage multiple platforms
I chose Mighty Networks several years ago for a few reasons: it offered a safe, private alternative to running groups and events; it also offered a way to identify common geographic locations with it's "near you" feature – love that! – and it was gorgeous! That was in 2016. As I began to look further into the company, I learned it was created by a woman (Yay for women in tech!) and has a great rep for JEDI. Very important to me. And as a host, Gina Bianchini and her team LISTEN!! I'll say that again, THEY LISTEN TO THE HOSTS! So over the last 6 years they have been asking us what we want and making changes to the platform in response to what the hosts, our communities and our members need. Yeah, that's cool! What do I like best about the platform? It's like being able to build a house with carte blanch in my decorating budget – do I want chat and a feed or just a feed? do I want to have a course with a community feel or just a DIY lessons and a video from me – or both? There is so much flexibility in this platform that platform is too "flat" a word to describe it. I'm defintely an evangalist.
I can't believe i'm going to say this, but sometimes there are too many posiblities that I make it too complicated - for myself and for my members. I'm a one-person show right now, so having a built in CRM would be great. I've figured out how to integrate my data but if that were built in that would be amazing.
I wanted a way for my clients to connect in between in-person meetings. They clients were expressing feeling off (in 2016 and since) about Social Media. So I went in search of a way for us to share safely online inbetween our meetings. This is helping to keep up relationships with my clients for longer time spans. It also helps me to connect them to each other. In addition, when COVID hit, I was already online and able to expand my community globally, so now the connection factor is even more important.
I love all of the capabilities available at an affordable price. I love the chat feature for help when needed.
I would love to be able to embed forms within MN outside of Typeform.
Allows me to lead my members through an educational experience and offer individualized support as well. Brings my community together in a simple way.
Easy to manage all my clients in one place.
More functions for posting different types of documents would be great.
Manage the clients in one single platform.
The fact that we can natively live stream and chat within the app. We also use the spaces for a lot of content to share with our community. There has not been a service we could find out there similar to this.
The live stream time restriction is the most significant limitation at the moment. We would like to be able to stream for more than 2 hours at a given time. Often we go to 3 or 4 hours on other platforms.
The greatest problem Mighty Networks is solving for me is the fact that we do not have to worry about being censored or shadow banned on other social media platforms. And that we can reach 100% of our audience at a given time.
It is easy to set up and use. It really is intuitive. There are so many features that make it work amazingly. My network is enjoying communicating with one another.
I am waiting for them to add quizzes to their courses.
Online communication and online courses in the context of a community.
When I beta tested my online course I had my course modules in Teachable and the community in a private Facebook group. I really didn't want to stay in Facebook, but couldn't host the community like I wanted to in Teachable. I wasn't sure which platform would allow me to bring my course, community and support from me (via posting questions in the group, private messaging me and hosting office hours) together all in one private place, without ads or algorithms. I considered circle.so but ended up going with Mighty because I liked their interface and all the education they provide. I also ended up taking their "Community Design' course which has been very beneficial in helping me understand how to build a community that's very different from social media -- it's not about me posting to my 'audience', it's about nurturing a space where my clients can get as much value from each other as they do from my Visioning process.
The only minor thing I've noticed so far is that in the default view of members' posts, it only shows a sentence or so of what they've written. People can click to see more of course, but I think members would benefit from being able to see more of the post without having to do that extra click.
It brings my course, community and support for my clients together all in one place. it has a great interface and I love their poll function which allows me to post questions in my group and have a graphic created (percentages, multiple choice responses, hot/cold graphs etc.)
Mighty Networks is super customizable to fit the needs of any community builder in any stage of their community.
I'm not able to embed the RSS feed of my podcast, or the Spotify embed code for an individual episode, both of which would be valuable for my community.
Mighty Networks is providing an engaging place for members of my community to connect & engage in meaningful ways.
The feature richness is phenomenal. When we started with them, they were buggy. I've watched them fix every issue I have before my eyes. Their customer service is tremendous, too. I can't say for sure, because we've only been with them a short time, but Mighty has the potential to be the future of social media. Common interest groups are just so powerful.
They're relatively new, but so far, honestly, nothing. I just wish they were more well-known because I think once that happens we're going to have even higher (it's already high) CTR to get folks to join the community. Okay, well, it's pricey, too. If you're not either going to monetize the space, or monetize a product outside of it. But the ability to scale up customer service, feature requests, and community around our product is turning out to be huge. Way better engagement than on discord. It's like Facebook without Facebook if you know what I'm saying.
It's Facebook without the Facebook. It's higher engagement than discord. It's easier to manage than both of them. It's literally the perfect community platform for a B2C SaaS company looking to create a network effect on the ultra-cheap.
Mighty Networks is a great all-in-one platform for creating a community. It takes care of all of the critical elements of community building for you so you don't need to worry about the tech setup/build-out. One thing I loved was the extensive training and onboarding provided that help set you up for success when building out your community. You can tell the team gets it and has dove deep to provide you with all the elements you need to see through your vision. Compared to other solutions I've tried, Mighty is the clear winner.
There is genuinely nothing I "dislike" about the platform though I do wish there were options for gamification and badges built into the platform (I heard they are coming soon).
Mighty Networks helps eliminate the need for confusing tech build-outs and expensive developers (and trust me I've gone this route before). It adds a premium feel to your community and goes above and beyond what free options like a Facebook group might offer.
That I can both host and connect community while providing paid and free content. It ticks a lot of boxes.
I'm in the learning phase so I don't have a super educated answer but I do wish there was a live on boarding process. It would have been good to have had someone walk me through.
Bringing together my community from around the world so that I can address them all at once plus offer paid courses, like the school I've always wanted to create.
Mighty Networks is so easy and intuitive to use that I had my community up and running in a week! Beautiful layout and presentation, easy to connect with members
Would like to see more ways to go live and more live features
Disconnect with community. Building so much more interaction, passion, and interest!
Mighty is FULL of resources for someone looking to build a community online. It is such a supportive environment
Haven't seen any downsides yet, as I'm still fairly new to the setup process
Mighty fills the gap that Instagram/TikTok/Twitter/Discord aren't providing - the platform is focused mainly on community and less on content.
It's very easy to use and there's great help and support available. Just love the way it looks! The app is also great!
It is slightly expensive , but they do have a 14-day trial period and after that too there can be an extended warranty free trial.
MN is a platform to create a thriving community around any niche. So it's a beautiful solution for teachers who want to create their own tribe.
The features, the ease and flow of using it, and the Mighty Team which develop amazing support guides and courses
Nothing so far, I appreciate the Space Update a lot
It helps me gain time (no more scheduling tricks or e mail for my events for instance) and host my community, my courses and my membership in one place, and dvp a much more impactful and Human community than on other social networks not to name them/
It is flexible to fit many situations and uses. Each network is unique, and at the same time, members of one network will understand how to navigate and use other networks.
I would like to see the platform be more accessible - better screen reader capability, captions etc. There is work being done in this area, but there is still a long way to go.
Mighty Networks provides a great way for me to create online community and provide online learning together in the same place. Being able to access that via browser, phone, and tablet at such a minimal price is a game changer.
I love that mighty has all the tools we need to share high quality content with our community. Mighty has been instrumental in our business structure and plans it's been great to have just one platform to host community, workshops, and events.
No platform is 100 perfect nor do I expect any of them to be. I think mighty still has some features to develop that would make it top notch. The great thing is they are always making improvements and taking feedback from users. I joined mighty because I believed they really had a passion for building a place for community and that shows!
Mighty allows my members to gather in a safe and private space. That exclusivity gives my members comfort in sharing their thoughts, stories, and experiences without being trolled.
I love that this platform allows you to share content, provide service and engage with your community all in one place.
It is a bit wonky to move in, and out of various groups; however it sounds like future updates will make this much easier for the user.
We needed a space for our community to connect broadly and in smaller groups. This platform exceeds that need and so much more.
