The tendency to pick up a frame when trying to move around a board.

As a consultant working remotely during the last 15 months, Miro has been an invaluable tool in my successful delivery. I have used Miro to create a visual Gannt style chart with one client as a collaborative project plan that staff from both companies used to keep track and focused on a time-pressured project. It provided an excellent collaboration tool for another client when we used it as our meeting space, ideas repository, and design aid to create a range of training materials for external rollout. It has provided an excellent visualization and ideation space for designing new curricula and process prototypes which I have used to present ideas to clients.

The usability, the easy way to use the post-its, how it is collaborative. I use Miro for every project and in almost every step (brainstorms, planning, timelines). It is so easy to organize my ideas and make the projects easy to explain to my colleagues. I also like how I learned to use Miro very fast. The in-app communication is also a highlight, I always know what's new and it allows me to explore new features quickly.

There is no easy way to build tables and I'd like to have the option to use different fonts and sizes in the same textbox. I think Miro could have more templates options.

I used to be very messy with my projects ideas and now I use Miro to organize better every step of my process. I can see that this helped me a lot to present my ideas, follow processes and centralize every information I found in one place. Every time I had a new idea to show, it was difficult to explain without the visual part, and now, I can put all I need on a board and that's it. Miro really helps me to improve my productivity.

I like how Miro provides features that capture the atmosphere of what a collaborative work is, so my favorite pieces are the clock for setting the time for the dynamics, the play to put nice music that inspires people to collaborate, and the easiness to create the workspaces in a customizable way.

I never use the templates, because I think I produce more if I start from scratch. I also think the zoom-in zoom-out dynamic could be even smoother. But both are details, not a big deal, Miro is perfect, I couldn't live without <3

I am solving the biggest challenge we have this year with the quarantine but also the biggest challenge of design: putting multiple ideas together in the same space in a digestible way. We are simulating office dynamics, brainstorming online, and at the end create diagrams and getting the information organized and accessible to everyone. I could see the benefits of team building, a better understanding of business needs that saves time at the end of the strategic process.

I love the dynamic nature of working with others in Miro. We can see structures emerge through our interactions. It's a whole new way of working for me. One of the good things that's come from my experience of home working during the Covid-19 pandemic is exposure to new tools; Miro is the only tool I have found which I feel gives me new capability, rather than a pale replacement of something I can do IRL. I love Miro, and I intend to make it a part of my research, collaboration, planning and teaching in the future. I imagine that when we return to face-to-face interaction, having real time access to this tool while we all communicate live will be hugely productive.

At the moment, we're having some issues with the academic licence which makes it hard for us to roll out use of Miro across the whole organisation. I think this is just teething troubles, and the Miro customer support have been very helpful.

I use Miro to do consulting and coaching with people around the world, who I couldn't work with otherwise. We chat face to face and draw / type on miro. It's so easy to connect. The built-in video picture in picture chat is very helpful.

There's an annoying thing when you use frames (which are very very helpful) that if you make your own frame then start using it ... the font sizes are often too small. I need to figure out how to avoid that.

Community with experts in Miro is another major highlight along with Miroverse where we will be able to browse for infinte templates which suits for your day to day work life. Also all team members can come together at a single point of time and work without any hassles.

Only three boards for a free account plan ;) People accidently create free account eventhough our team have a enterprise account and then they will start creating boards in this free account. At the end it will be chaos. Option of all projects/boards visible to team admin could be a good point to consider, so that he/she can migrate boards within the projects without any dependency.

Collaboration with team members becomes easy with the help of Miro. We now use Miro for all our project planning, tracking, and feedback collection.

I love the ability to put everything in one place. No jumping from tab to tab, or flipping through different parts of the program to find what I'm looking for. Everything is in one place, which is perfect for me!

Can't seem to think of anything that I dislike. I've always had good experiences with Miro.

Mapping out everything from individuals sales and promotions to the entire calendar year. We've used it for day-long programming and months-long programming all the same.

MIro offers a range of pre-built templates or the ability to build your ideal board. I like to think of it as a digital whiteboard with all the trimmings you need to map concepts and visualize the ideas stuck in your brain. It offers a collaborative space for people to give input, for you to share, and also can serve as a perfect backdrop to running workshops - critical in our digital work from home environments.

It's challenging to speak with Miro's customer service and gain individual access when working in a large organization.

I use Miro to visualize ideas, strategize for my team, and collate information. It has saved me a lot of time when compared to trying to build something similar in PowerPoint or slides, and I often copy what I've done externally to presentations.

Miro is the most complete tool for me, it has everything I need and more. I don't think any other tool has the same features as Miro.

Google Images plugin isn't working as it used to.

I work with design, so I use it for collaborating with colleagues and clients. With Miro, I can centralize all I need in one single place.

Ufff, their intuitive interface, and of course, the amazing templates library. Miro came into my life when I was looking for a solution that helps me to transfer what is inside my head into graphics, and I am so happy I found it. More recently I loved the App for Zoom. Now I can use Miro to teach without needing to share my display.

I don't dislike anything, I am very satisfied with Miro, but I would love to also use it to draw funnels so I don't have to use another tool for it.

I am always buying sketchbooks to draw my ideas, strategies, and more. The problem with that is that sometimes they get erased or the sheets get lost, so I lost work. Last year I designed a very big flowchart for a project and for some reason I couldn't find it later. Also, I am a teacher and sometimes I need to show my students things on the go. For that I use drawing since my brain works better in that way. When classes were presential, I used blackboard for that, but now classes are virtual I can use Miro for that, especially after they launched the APP for Zoom. Now, for that kind of thing, I use Miro.

It's so intuitive. Miro really consider their users needs. Every feature I could imagine is within the platform and they all work as expected.

Sometimes it's hard to share boards externally with people who don't use MIro

It's a giant whiteboard that can keep getting bigger. It's very easy to move creative around and allows everyone to comment. This has been a great tool with a 100% remote creative team. We have a different board for each project or campaign and it helps to see all the creative for one campaign at once. We've also used it for creative brainstorming, the sticky notes allow for each user to provide feedback anonymously. When on a call, everyone can follow each other's mouse. Someone can take over the screen so we are all looking at the same thing. This is a very neat feature that we starting using for creative critiques. Lastly, we've enjoyed being able to share the boards publicly with other teams that might not need to use the tool, but like to see what our team is working on.

We haven't figured out the best way to organize versions of projects as they move along. The board can look disorganized. There isn't any integration with our project management too, monday.com. Comments don't stick to the item they are associated with, if you move an image that had a comment, the comment stays where the image was. This is very confusing and makes for more work in the long run.

Collaboration and open feedback from team members that review work. It's easy to share work-in-progress. Our team has improved the amount of work they share before it goes off to stakeholders. Multiple team communication. With the public link feature, it's helpful to share it with other teams so they can be in the loop about our projects.

I am still learning some of the navigation tools, and there are so many features to learn, but I've only been using Miro for a week.

Miro tends to be the perfect meeting place outside of specialized tools. For example, Figma is a design tool that also has some shared/collaborative features, but it doesn't address the broader audience of a team like Miro does. I specifically like pre-built shapes such as sticky-notes for making quick notes in group workshops and the freedom of an infinite canvas to move and organize everything.

Although individual notes are often self-contained, when there's a singular block of text such as a research summary, it's not possible to collaboratively type/edit in the same text box at the same time. It's not too bad to take turns contributing to the block of text or create separate ones and combine them later, but I think an ideal tool would have some collaborative editing like a google doc.

Product development lifecycle stuff: User research notes, synthesizing information, brainstorms, and workshops to generate ideas from several people, and then converging again to consolidate strong ideas.
