I like how I can easily manage my lists, how the system pre-view my connections before uploading them (and gives me an email about it!), and how I can create separated lists within my lists to create better target group for each of my campaigns.

So far, I didn't see anything that I don't like.

As a newly joined marketing member of the company, I had to face with a hard time of being banned from the main newsletter sender platforms - as a result of some mistakes in the past. I had to fix other's mess and Moosend was an answer for my problem.

Works as well as other vendors and is an better value.

I've noticed a few more flagged deliveries.

It dies what it says it will. Managing and communicating with your subscribers.

It helps us send emails at a lower price.

I dislike getting used to a new platform.

Customer service. I've only used the email automation so far and I am pleased

I with there was Squarespace integration.

Now clients can book a call with my company without interacting with a human.

I love the ability to automate, ease of importing contacts, and most of all, the reporting feature. The clean report includes graphs will all pertinent info easy to understand and pdf downloadable. The software also allows you to test recievability of your campaign. I also enjoy moosend's quirky branding for their own company.

There isn't a lot of educational info on improving your campaigns open rate, click rate, and other aspects. It's also difficult to troubleshoot if there are issues with testing.

We have been able to gather so much more date using moosend. This software also allows us to easily design professional looking campaigns and keep to the standards of email marketing.

limits me up to 1,000 emails only unless otherwise I will pay. But not a big issue.

Moosend is very flexible, doesn't need to pay everytime I will send a newsletter.

There were issues with uploading lists of recipients. I had to make 5 smaller lists and upload them separately, which all were successful, so it made me curious as to why the larger list with the exact same data was unsuccessful.

Alerting our customers that we have updates to our products. I like being able to see who opens and clicks what and who unsubscribes.

Templates are completely customizable and it is easy to add members.

It can be kind of clunky to edit the templates, not always intuitive.

We're able to send out email blasts to our database. It is an easy way for our database to get in touch with us too.

I love how easy it is to connect with tools like Tealium to send emails to audiences. The user interface is real straightforward and simple to navigate. I like being able to see everything at one glance as well.

There are a lot of features that are not available to free accounts, you need to get creative in other ways.

I am able to send emails based off of my audiences created in Tealium. The ability to connect to Moosend is straightforward.

Since switching to Moosend we have not found anything to dislike.

El diseño de la plataforma brinda una excelente Experiencia, Los reportes dan la información que necesitamos y cubre las necesidades comerciales que tengo ahora mismo.

Lo unique que he puedo decir, es que no he logrado realizar los formularios desde la moosend. Pero debo intentarlo nuevamente por que los procedimientos son sencillos solo que me da un error al final.

Estoy llegando a mis con envíos masivos y tengo un reporte que me brinda la información que necesito para desarrollar mis estrategias comerciales. Tods los recursos estan en una sola herramiento y es muy intuitiva. Recomendada para personas que tienen poca experiencia en desarrollo.

We tried many similar software but those won't integrate properly or would decline our request saying -- a completed website is required. We understood it was a reference to Sales funnel as an incomplete website. Finally we ended up with Moosend. Moosend gave a very good chat support and since we did not have coding skills, also helped us out to see that Moosend integrates properly. That was the best part -- We got started!

We are yet to find out.... Nothing to dislike yet.

We wanted to collect proper email lists from forms on our sales funnel ready for categorized and tagged members / customers and then follow up with them. Moosend helped us by integrating itself to sales funnel.

I've used several tools like this over the last 15 years and I've found that no matter what, technology has glitches and learning curves. I have yet to come across a glitch in the Moosend tech, but I did need some help figuring out how to set it up, and every person from Moosend support, who helped me, has been fantastic. I'm very happy. Support is very important to me and this company delivers really well. Their support is definitely my favorite feature! Thank you guys so much!

I haven't really come across something that I don't like yet. But if I do, I'll be honest about it, and find the solution. (And probably just send feedback to support.)

Moosend solves my need for using a tool that is simple, does what I need it to do, and is something I can teach my students how to use too. I love that my students can start out and get established for free, and then monetize and upgrade.

I had been using Mailchimp for the past 4 years. I always felt like if was complicated tu use, like there was always a surprise around the corner with the monthly billings, that they made sure to "design" their UI so that it was unclear how to manage your payments, or even stop paying for the service (what actually you can't do the minute you start paying for the service, unless you erase your account, with -of course- all your contacts in the way). Basically if you weren't paying attention on how to manage the number of contacts, campaigns or emails you got or sent, to fit their strange price system, you could be charged with ridiculously high bills. Moosend has been sooo so much easy and friendly to use. No surprises, no hidden costs, just the functions promised.

So far there's nothing i could point that i dislike about Moosend. Maybe add a confirmation modal just before sending a campaign, which there isn't and it may result in misfire sents. :p

Sending usernames to our customers has never been easier. It takes you 1 minute to configure an audience and upload and match your contacts. The graphic editor is really nice and friendly, and in a couple of minutes you can make a fairly decent email (no designer skills needed)

Graphics interface and inclusion of automation tools.

Users should be able to test without their websites being live. I am developing a site and would really like to pre-test the emails since it is such an important part of the marketing. Also, GPDR is not the law in the US< where I live, and should not be required.

Solving: attractive professional emails synched up to my WordPress site. None yet as site isn't live.
