I appreciate the templates, and ease of use. The UI is awesome, timer feature is excellent. Use on mobile is pretty good as well.

I wish there were an alert (email or otherwise) if the timer runs for a really long time. That means that the user may have accidentally left it running.

Portfolio management is excellent. It has allowed me to see how different projects impact one another.

Nifty is a leading application in marketing management but nevertheless still has some negative points that should be taken into account if you are going to use this software first the price is too expensive I consider that it is not the best option for small companies, custom templates should have the option of preview, project planning and status tracking still need to be improved and the methodology of comparing the milestones using custom tags can be a little complicated for the user

Nifty is often used in my organization to manage projects as it is an intuitive and extremely easy to use platform that allows us to share files, manage documents, create threaded discussions and facilitate collaboration. This application has also allowed us to manage tasks and follow their development since it has a really intelligent and precise time tracking module that helps us evaluate the performance of each member and visualize when a delay occurs so that we can act as a team to solve it

Regarding its management system, I could identify that some models of analysis and implementation of projects, develop a slow process, which does not allow effectively achieve the desired results for the company, because they take more time than the established to complete their management, causing it is not feasible to use these methods to implement a project, taking into account that it must be done promptly to improve their programming.

Nifty is a brilliant tool for project execution, the service is excellent for boosting team collaboration, it provides complete control of all operations being executed, the service is quite innovative and the structure it provides for working is very robust. The synchronization system of nifty is a bit slow, but from my point of view it is not serious and it is very likely that programmers will improve in the next updates. The interface of nifty being so robust has a learning curve for beginners, but once people start working with the service they can get familiar with the system in a very short time. In general I can say that there are very few negative aspects to talk about this product as it is a very well designed system.

Nifty has one major con: it doesn't allow too many integrations. Also, there is a limit to breakdown your tasks into subtasks, so that becomes a kind of one of the major issues while working on his tool.

Nifty is one of the most versatile project management tools I have used till now. And it enables the user to collaborate with others more easily than other tools available. You can also manage your task performance by tracking the time taken to perform specific tasks.

I love it! I dont have to go to another tool, all in one. We list the task sand make the milestones to control the tasks cumpliment, so in the home we can see how it goes. You can add google documents or files for proyects, so you can share with you teem. It solves needs of 2 or 3 tools that we used I install the movil app and it helps you to see how the team goes :)

Sometimes the recurrent tasks dosent go so well, they seem to get stuck. The time you can chage it but not the date, it will be usefull Sometimes it get slow, on the desk app it refresh a lot and all the time

Files are clunky. Having previously used Microsoft Teams, I'm used to going to view a file and then 'launch in browser'. Nifty doesn't do that currently and so if you're in a file and then get a message, you can't view the message without leaving the file. If you copy the file link and paste in a browser, then you have to log in again and then re find the file through the channel

Less double up with conversations about tasks in one app and tracking tasks in another app. Nifty allows you to do both and keep the conversation within the tasks

The best part was that I no longer have to simultaneously run a ton of platforms in my background (like Whatsapp, dropbox, clockify, etc.) and can communicate with my team in the same place that I can view my calendar and creates notes.

I wish I could customize how my overview appears and what it shows.

I think just being able to have all the features I need for a typical work day in one place is the biggest benefit. My computer has had issues with speed in the past so having less tabs open definitely helps!

I really like being able to have team members on my tasks and the integration to google docs and drive so that I can find everything. I think nifty worked really well for myself and my team and the access on my mobile as well.

I like the ability to manage projects and tasks using Nifty documents or Google Docs. Also nice to do recurring tasks and visualize where your tasks are in process.

I wish the recurring tasks were better than they are now. We have a content team writing articles, it would be nice to have more options of when the tasks recurred in addition to auto-assign an idea to one of the tasks for article topics.

A couple of very minor tweaks would be welcome, but nothing that would stop us using the platform. Plus anything we've queried is already on Nifty's short-term roadmap.

I liked the ease of you, the gant charts made everything super helpful to plan. It works - which although all PM tools are supposed to, this one I felt made things clear and organized enough that our team used it and benefited from it.
