Having worked with Post Affiliate Pro for a few years, I find this platform very rich with features for any possible type of campaign and offer. The multiple campaigns, multiple commission tiers and S2S Postback configuration were very valuable at my job as an affiliate manager. The price points are reasonable and value for the money is great compared to the competitors. Post Affiliate Pro has a built-in live chat support, and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a way to configure something.

I disliked the sometimes slow and clunky user interface. Sometimes it feels like you're working with an SQL database.

This product offers great flexibility that allows you to compromise various affiliate programs. We run a multi-tiered affiliate program and it has proven to be the lowest priced product we found that effectively runs a multi-level affiliate compensation structure. Customization was also fairly easy.

There is nothing much we dislike about the product. It would be great if tech support have live phone answering, but they do have live chat during business hours and they are also quite good at quickly responding to emails during non-business hours.

The ability to run a multi-tiered (level) affiliate program. The product handles this very well and can be customized for various products and services.

There is a lot of functionality within the program.

It is not intuitive to use, it does not properly integrate with Squarespace so you cannot track coupons and it works out the commission on the pre-discount price which is a big issue. The help desk is always available yes but they are not always helpful. They don't all seem to really understand how the program works or what you are asking. It can be hard to get the help that you need. The help articles are not great either and leave much to be desired for merchants setting up a program from scratch who are new to the affiliate program space.

Pricing is a little on a higher side for starters. Especially for startups and SMB. But at times it also feels worth it.

This does everything I need as a small / medium sized ecommerce brand. The pricing also makes it a no-brainer.

The UI isn't the best, especially when compared to more expensive programs such as Income Access or Net Refer.

The tracking system of Post Affiliate Pro is excellent and the support system is awesome. I am able to focus on creating content in form of videos and articles which demands so much time from my side and make the training accessible to all my affiliates. I think the price is too overpriced, especially for a small affiliate programs like us with less than 200 affiliates and less than 50 sales per month. There should be a package for small medium affiliates companies
