ProjectManager only shows the people who are working on activities, but it does not send me alerts when one of my colleagues is not doing their work or giving support in a project, I have to see this manually, ProjectManager does not show it.

I would prefer some more customisations, e.g. custom profiles for my team with custom dashboards and styles so we can get to exactly what we need and feel like we own the platform we are using.
