I like that I’m able to do everything accounting related within this system. I can do AR, AP, credits, refunds, reports, and payroll with Enterprise. We used to have to go to multiple systems and it was so time consuming. With this everything is in one place so it’s perfect.

I dislike that you have to do vendor credits differently than you would do them if it were a credit card credit, or a credit memo. It slows me down.

We became more efficient when we started uniting QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. What would take us all day, now just takes us a few hours.

The organization of the categories that is used for keep track of expenses for project costing or for budgeting is so helpful. It make getting accurate information a breeze

I dislike that you have to pay for the monthly service, billed annually, to use the email and letter writing features.

We were able to accurately track the employees time spent at their specific rate and all expenses right down the to the postage and mileage used with one simple report.

Quickbooks is a perfect program covering all parts of accounting. AR/AP and chart of accounts. Purchasing Sales and Inventory management.

Inventory management is not the strength of QB. Bins and Locations arent a great feature. Yet! Also there is not a lot of options to customize Invoices and Purchase orders.

Simply keeping on top of finances is almost impossible without QB. You can have AP and AR all set up with reminders of whats due and when. Full financial reporting such as Income statement and Balance sheet are standard.

You can have all of your invoicing and payroll on one program.

There is nothing to dislike about quickbooks

I own a small business and find the easy of setting up new employees, scheduling payroll and maintaining financial integrity through Quickbooks great.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It can also be integrated with other software.

It cannot be accessed through the cloud unlike the online version.

It handles all accounting needs and creates our financial statements. It also helps process payroll.

Accurate and on time real financial situation

Quickbooks Enterprise is super intuitive. The upgrades have made my job 100% easier. With QB Enterprise, I am able to spend more quality time on each client without getting bogged down in the minutia of little things. Being able to review and reclassify multiple items at one time is a huge huge plus. Gone are the old days of having to go into each and every separate transaction and change the expense. Now with a few clicks, I can move multiple items at one. Not only is it a lot easier to navigate than older versions, but the help available from the QB community is invaluable.

Have not found anything I dislike so far, other than occasionally, like any other program, they are glitches that may slow you down once in awhile.

There isn’t really anything i don’t like about it.

Day to day admin work as well as accounting and payroll.

Easy to use when generating accounting reports like Balance sheet.

One needs prior accounting Knowledge to use the software.

Everything under one room, everything is easy to generate once you've put it in your numbers. If you get stuck along the way even if you are a new user there's forums and help to assist you.

Here and there when it's crashed it can be a drag. Item list search options at times can freeze if there's a lot of inventory.

Benefits, when even the IRS asks you for a report it is super easy to pull the information. The system is easy for you to use especially once you get the hang of it. Printing checks, generating payroll. everything is there saving you time which is the best benefit in a work place.

QuickBooks is a bit expensive yearly cost. Also it is unsuitable to small businesses as they don’t require such a big capacity and it is more difficult to keep track of the small things. Also there is a learning curve which once is passed things get easier.

There are issues when uploading an online QB file to Enterprise. We don't have to do it often but it doesn't move over without issues.

Reports are great and you can customize them easily! This works for all of our owners!
