For myself, the way Salesflare automatically manages emails (I have 10 years' worth of Gmail business use) makes following up with current and potential customers nearly effortless. And follow-up is, in my opinion, the most difficult part of sales. I have used (and paid for) more than half a dozen CRM programs. With those programs, I typically spent more time trying to learn how to use the CRM program than I spent communicating with customers. With Salesflare, I was "up and running" in less than 30 minutes; something I found rather astounding. Instead of dreading interaction with my CRM, I actually look forward to using Salesflare. At this point, I feel like I have "finally" found the CRM I have been trying to find for the past 2 decades.
So far, I have not had any problems. The tech support has also been excellent.
The way Salesflare manages emails via "accounts and contacts" is so elegant, it makes keeping track of customers and potential customers a pleasure, rather than "a constant source of anxiety".
Salesflare allows you to send email chain communication to multiple people at once. What does that mean: - I can send up to 2,000 people a day the same email; I can have the system set up to send a follow-up email within a certain amount of days based on the parameters I set. - I can add attachments if I want, and the system can track if someone opens them. -Most importantly, the emails look like they came from me! Unlike other platforms that send the email "On Behalf of" you, or has their branding all over the bottom, Salesflare emails only have your information and the information you want!
I really like Salesflare, and honestly there is nothing I do not like about it.
Any sales job requires you to keep track of your leads, the stages they are in, and all your communication with that lead. Salesflare streamlines this process by allowing you to send multiple email chains that track how your lead interacts with your communication and will remind you if you have not contacted a lead. The emails they send on your behalf look no different than an email you would send personally. They also integrate with multiple other platforms, which is great. Lastly, they can look up emails you might not have, which is another great feature!
The dashboard is very helpful. Also like the GUI and ease of moving prospects through the sales process.
There is only one thing and that is the conversion rate algorithm does not seem to be accurate.
We keep all our leads in one place for the different streams of business. The predictive model for expected revenue is beneficial for forecasting.
The customer service is outstanding. The product is relatively intuitive and easy to use with great flows.

It helps me manage all of my contacts and create powerful and efficient workflow. Being a young company it is such a relief to have this program. It is easy to use and very practical to navigate.
If I needed to find a downfall, I would say the accounts are not that practical over all but we manage to have something cool either way. I wish we could have more interactive accounts system.
Salesflare really helps gather all the contacts we have and put them in different categories allowing us to manage our clients accounts without problem. Salesflare is also a real ally when it comes to sending thousands of emails and report on them : who has cliqued, answered, did we miss someone or not. We wouldn't be able to do that much of quality work witout Salesfare.
It's easy to use, in just a short time you are able to work with the system effectively. Everything works well, there is no need for a specific training in order to handle Salesflare properly.
There is not so much to be found. Maybe one point: I had some issues with the font sizes when inserting some text passages into the workflows. But now I use a workaround and everything is O.K.:).
We are a small company and missing time resources. The Salesflare workflows support us to contact thousands of customers and helps to present them our new products and services at a very reasonable cost in terms of budget and time.
The team are really helpful and Shivila in particular is always willing to touch base with a quick respones. The teething issues have been much improved by her help.
It has been a bit confusing at times when trying to see emails but Shivila has helped to resolve this.

I use Salesflare inside of my Gmail with the add-on. It saves me hours and hours inputting customer info as it is attached to my website forms. As a single person business owner, this helps me compete with my larger competitors.
I can't think of anything I don't like about it. It covers all the CRM requirements I need for my business. I'm a no-fuss person, and Salesflare is no-fuss. You can get to selling right away.
I have a hard time staying organized and inputting sales info while I am talking to a customer. Salesflare does half the battle for me by auto-populating the info from my website form. I feel like there are two of me now.
Salesflare makes me save a lot of time with it's integrations and data enrichment from mail, phone and LinkedIn. It's very easy to use, and it has email automation integrated. Their customer support also is very great! The analytics are simple yet powerful to use and customize. It took me few hours to create and customize my space and still usying it after 3 years. Best CRM ever!

I don't know; there is not something that I dislike. Some features could be added to help salespeople achieve better results, but I think their competitive advantage is simplicity. So, it's perfect as It is now!

Salesflare lets you create multiple opportunity types with different stages, meaning you can really customize your sales process for different targets or products. It also integrates really nicely with gmail and contacts, and does a pretty good job of letting you just spin up an opportunity for a new person / company if you have communicated with them already.
Not much. In some ways, I wish that my CRM had this functionality and I didn't have to use a separate tool, but Salesflare has good integration, and there is not much to complain about. It works really well for what it was designed to do.
We use Infusionsoft what has the idea of opportunity pipelines, but they aren't well thought out, and it tends to make sales teams lazy about using it. Salesflare is really easy and fun to use, and by gaining further compliance on moving people down the pipeline, you end up with a higher sales rate.

Salesflare is in the process of replacing years of SalesForce.com usage. SalesFlare is slick and scalable, and the primary problem that it is solving is young account reps are not necessarily familiar with SalesForce. SalesForce is very familiar to older sales reps for sure, but if you are 20-something and a rockstar, you want something intuitive, fast, and easy. SalesFlare delivers on all of those points.
