Every 15 minutes, the tool pings our website and sends us an email if it is unable to contact the site for at least 1 minute. The testing data reveals that Scala Hosting is remarkably stable; in fact, it didn't go down once in the two-week testing period. You shouldn't have to worry about your Scala Hosting site going down for extended periods of time.

It's a bit overwhelming for beginners like myself when it comes to navigating the SPanel. I wish they'd make video tutorials on SPanel and launching a WordPress website for people who are not familiar with self-hosted platforms. It doesn't necessarily mean that SPanel is not better in comparison to CPanel.

I was previously using Shopify and I had very less control over things in general. It wasn't affordable to buy extensions/apps for each additional task related to eCommerce. The Spanel they have created is so user-friendly and so complete that I do not want to use other popular hosting panels anymore. In addition to all that, Spanel is totally free of charges. Cloudflare integration is great too. ScalaHosting is really providing A+ services since day 1. It's so great to be one of their customers.

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Scala Hosting.

ScalaHosting provides managed hosting services for my startup website. On the hosting side, everything is stable & I am a very happy Admin.

I was able to port my email account hosting to ScalaHosting and works well with my email clients. I formerly hosted them with Godaddy.com which decided to require individual hosting costs for each email account using Microsoft Outlook which I don't like and find too costly.

I havent tried other services yet to tell about this.

I have a Drupal 10.x site with a custom feature for the look and feel. This required assistance to ensure I deployed the site correctly. The support staff eased my concerns by providing answers during the integration process. am able to work with the supporting staff when needed to resolve issues or receive insight about best practice in implementing a solution. I had to use support quiet frequently during setup and they were there to assist me. I also like the 2 factor authentication feature, I think it's excellent for security purposes.

I am fairly new, say about a year or so at scalahosting. Honestly, I haven't encountered any downside so far.

One of the downside is unable to attach multiple IP to same server/VPS, instead we have to get different servers for different websites if we want dedicated ip for each websites, which is cheap than getting the seperate IP , but yeah we have then extra server to setup and manage.

1. Most of the problem - IP addresses of my home providers sometimes go to the SPAM list. And Scala hosting blocked sending emails. But after a request to support it was fixed.

Scala Hosting support team is one of the best in the Industry. Whenever I based any issue, my problem was resolved within the first contact through Chat.

ScalaHosting provide excellent, state of the art servers and exceptional technical support that gives me the peace of mind that my customers websites will stay online and if there is a question or issues, I know it will be answered/resolved quickly.

They are always available to assist and you can run your hosting business without any issues of downtime. I have never had a downtime with scala. All issues i have raised with them have always been resolved within minutes. I have been a loyal customer for them for 4 years and i have not been dissapointed. They also give grace period to pay up your invoices.

Their Spanel is good however its still a work in progress i had to revert to cpanel.

They offer reliable servers which are safe from malware attacks unlike other providers which i have used before. They are also trying to lower the costs of web hosting through offering an alternative web hosting panel which seems to be a very good alternative though its still have some work which needs to be done. They also have support team always on standby which is rare from most of the service providers which i have used.

I'm almost at a loss for words because of the exceptional service I have had with them! First of all, they don't seem to do the bait and switch that most companies do. What they advertise as the price of hosting is what you pay, not some teaser rate, knowing that you won't want to move. But their rates are better than most of the other companies being advertised, so why play games. Just start here and stay here! Second and this is why I am so impressed with them, the support I've gotten from them is better than I've ever had at any hosting company. I've talked with the same person George T. on a few occasions and first off, he knows their product. He knows enough to give suggestions and ways to improve upon what I was trying to do. Second he follows through, no sending a ticket and waiting for days and having to contact them six more times... I had a minor issue and he looked into it. Informed me that what I wanted to do would require them to make some changes on the server I was on. He stated that he would look into it offline (I was live chatting) and then get back to me when it was completed. Get this! He followed through with exactly what he said he was going to do. I didn't need to submit additional tickets. He made a note of what I needed and made sure it was done. Thirdly, they make it easy for me to change and grow. I wasn't sure what I wanted initially so signed up for a low plan just to test the water. It worked better than expected, so when I wanted to change plans they made it easy to do so. While I can generally hold my own with technical stuff, I don't want to do it. I know I can trust them to maintain what I need in the background, so I can focus on my business and not be worried about learning security and how to deal with spammers and hackers.
