Timesheet tracking has never been easier - Scoro automatically logs the calendar events, which saves us a lot of time as a team. I can also schedule a task in my calendar, which can help me plan the day.

When I set up milestones or phases for my project, I can no longer select the project itself for a specific task I create. It is a bit sad because sometimes I feel that the task could not be paired with any of the created milestones (or it affects more than one). I'm not using the recurring task feature for tasks that occur every day because Scoro creates individual tasks for that which messes up my timesheet table. Also I find a bit disturbing when I create alerts for my projects/tasks and I get alerted of my own activity.

I like that Scoro shows my progress in each task and project, it helps us create better estimations in the long run and I can also notify my client when we are about to reach the quoted amount.

The mobile app interface could be a bit more better as the drop down menus are not the same as in the desktop version. Optimisations are required.

I like it because it keeps everything in just one place: names, details, documents, etc. When I want to review my conversations with past clients I can easily do it and I can easily add more to the notes, I can add more documents, etc. It has a great interface and I could easily check my schedule, check my colleagues' schedule and keep up with the team-work, and so on.

Scoro is the best tool to handle clients and even sales in a very satisfactory way. It has an excellent function of task automation, which allows us to take an organized and effective work. Also, this function allows us to send and receive automatic notifications. We like your tool for tracking deadlines.

We are quite disappointed that Scoro does not have a content management function. Your collaboration tools are not capable enough to give us a profitable job (no chat integration, no videoconferencing). We did not like at all its document management function since many times when these documents are reviewed the tool collapses and closes.

Scoro has helped us a lot with our appointment scheduling and resource reservations. It is excellent for saving time in tracking interactions with each contact. Sometimes it can be a bit too complex and it takes a while to get your head around the many ways to do the same thing. I have been working with it for just over one year now and am still learning.

We are using scoro to organise our customer database as well as to organise individuals workload and perform analytics on sales, performances and organisational issues. There isn't much you cannot do with this tool and we are far from making the most of it but it does take a while to integrate all of the different features into your business.

Scoro can adapt to just about any workflow. I really appreciate how the platform was developed by listening to user's needs, which results in a very flexible (albeit complex) platform.

The UI requires you to be a seasoned PM software expert and has a steep learning curve. But once you set it all up, it's more or less smooth sailing from then on. Also, the onboarding team was very helpful in assisting us set up the platform.

Task and project management, proposal pipeline, finance, time tracking, monitoring employee efficiency - you name it. The best part is it's all happening on the same platform.
