nothing, I love slack, my only problem is the seetings that have changed positions lately

With Slack, you can easily connect with your colleagues, share files, and send text messages, images, videos, audios, documents, etc. Also, it can also be used for huddles between teammates to coordinate with each other. Besides, it offers secured channels that only invited members can have the access to.

Although, its app works as expected. Slack's website sometimes lags at the time of loading. Another improvement that Slack can make is the clarity of the voice during huddles.

It easily gets connects with tools like Google Calendar and Zoho People that help in notifying when there's a meeting and when a teammate is absent.

It's nearly a decade now ever since I started using Slack. I give double 👍🏿 to the vendor for the rapid update. It makes it easy to collaborate via DMs over the internet.

I do not have any aspect that I can ascertain as a flaw on my end.

It amazing I can huddle drop a message and it was to easy to set up. I am using it daily and my chats are save and in our hand.

The chats still get deleted after 90 days it's a minor drawback.

The hudlle problem, chating on a single platform, can create multiple groups at a time

Extremely clean, easy to use, and has so so many apps and integrations! I love to use Slack Bot too to automate a lot of my tasks.

Didn't like how I had to upgrade my license to get additional security features and integrations but the migration to Enterprise Grid was pretty seamless

I am using Slack for my team, and it is the best tool for collaboration with my team members. Instant messaging in channels keeps us connected. and it is user-friendly.

Notification bombardment is a bit of a noisy thing. A little bit of control over there would be perfect. also can improve more features in it.

when I started using Slack, there was no need to use emails to connect with the team. it centralized communication and channel organization keeps work on track. integration with other apps makes our workflow seamless.

My favorite feature is that it opens separate Slack sessions for each project or team. It is very easy and simple to use. Customer support was never required. Slack is used almost every day in our company. both the sikstop version and the mobile application. We follow all our work here.

Direct messages and DM messages sometimes get mixed up. and messages may not be read. The feature of opening multiple channels is nice. But it can create confusion.

We share our instant messages safely. It allows me to be in constant communication with my team.

What can be more simpler than having different communication threads for different department with ease of simplicity Slack provides integration with google products and its much simple and better for workspace communication its also portable like any other apps comparing teams here different channels can be formed for different use case

One thingwas disappointing here The way it handles larger conversation. it lacks in sustaning large conversations different channels can also be a disadvantage to find any topic felt while working in larger companies good fro start up but not large companies

Slack solves problems of communication like other apps but has different channels which is advantage for smaller scale company it also send notification when you are away used for many things like sharing, communication, calls, etc

One of the best things about Slack is its Canvas feature, which is like a digital board where I can brainstorm ideas, create lists, and work with others. Slack is very user-friendly and customizable, and it has a supportive and kind support team. I think Slack is a great app for anyone who wants a powerful and flexible productivity app.

I was disappointed with Slack’s performance and reliability. It often crashed, froze, or lagged, which disrupted my work and communication.

Sometimes it lacks in sending notification on mobile app but in PC it's quite good.

We use Slack at work to create account team channels and collaborate as a team attach documents linked to that channel, and create huddles. We also use the integration with Gainsight, and Klue.

Slack is functional, collaborative and intuitive

The best things which I like about Slack is that we can create a folder to organize our bookmarks. The second best thing which I like is that we can create a workflow within a Slack Channel. It is very easy to use. We have integrated and implemented different softwares like JIRA, GITHUB, DBT, Tableau within Slack. I use Slack on a daily basis to communicate with my team.

To be honest there is no reason to dislike Slack. It has got all the feature which a messaging application should have. We you are looking for messaging application to communicate within your organization on a then Slack is the best option out there. Their customer support is best.

Slack is solving the problem of Channel Organization. We can create different Slack Channels for different task or projects where relevant members can be added and they can collaborate. While we can use messaging option for conversation with an individual.

Easy communication either with a phone or with a desktop app, works with all different emails (example, not everyone needs a gmail)

Communication with clients and with the team is incredibly easy, easy to send files, easy to ask and answer simple questions

I believe the first thing to love about Slack is its availability on desktop , web browser and on mobile application. This has made Slack simply accessible to me as a user from just about anywhere that I am. I must also mention the vast integration compatibility of Slack with important third party softwares that I use daily in the workplace. Integrating Slack with third party tools for me, makes work easier as we are able to form automated workflows by making different tools to work together, thereby ensuring we are getting more value from our software stack.

Personally, I have misgivings about Slack's tendency to bury conversations in my left sidebar, whenever I start a new message with a colleague. This makes old conversations quite tricky to find , especially when I cannot remember whom I had a specific conversation with , making advanced search a lot less effective.

Slack contributes hugely towards keeping everyone in my company in synchronization. Slack brings a bit of informality to work-based conversations , making them more dynamic and enjoyable. Most importantly perhaps to me, Slack provides me with a variety of options through which I can connect with my colleagues and this makes remote collaboration and communication on Slack, lot more flexible.

Found it to be incredibly easy from the get-go I did not use it for any administrative or developer functions but took to it quickly while operating across several teams and found its features incredibly useful.

I did have some teething issues with my account constantly displaying I was offline when I wasn't but believe this was more of a temporary bug. Did not have any other issues besides this.

Reducing turnaround on tasks as my manager can see what I was discussing with colleagues as well as a team collectively we could respond to issues when someone was busy or unavailable this was a huge help.
