I like that I can use it for all my clients in my agency, one place to schedule everything. Able to have multiple team members added.
The accounts disconnect frequently, and reconnecting them is not the easiest thing.
Able to schedule all my marketing client's posts a month in advance saving us time and allowing us to focus on other responsibilities without clients.
It is by far, the most intuitive and easy-to-use Social media management program. I love the tools, I love the scheduling aspect. I have used several competitive programs ... Social Pilot leaves them in the dust!
I would love to see an integration for Facebook posts where you can have a click-to-call or Click to contact button. If I post directly on FB I can make this happen. If your going to add a feature soon let's have some Bad Ass Calls to Action!

SocialPilot offered the most accounts to be able to post to for the best price.
So far, I've not found any issues at all.
I can schedule daily posts for all my clients to all of their social media accounts very easily. I will schedule a full month's worth. It's a huge time saver!

I don't like how Facebook disconnects accounts periodically (not Social Pilot's issue), but fortunately, Social Pilot has a simple button to reconnect social media accounts quickly and efficiently.
Social Pilot saves my team hours each month with social media posts and ads management. Features are robust but even new employees and interns learn the platform within minutes - saving us a lot of time with training.

The downside is the reporting, it doesn't do a specific custom time range.

Over the years I have used quite a few of the social media management packages.I always found something that jarred with each one.... until I trialled Social Pilot. Not sure how many years I have been using this now, but I love it and it forms a big part of my engagement strategy. Best thing about it is that it's so easy to tailor messages to each channel and to tag relevant businesses in to the posts on Facebook and Twitter. Analytics are good, calendar view is great, support is excellent. Fabulous. Thanks team at Social Pilot. Makes my life easier working on different client accounts.
The more I use it the less I find that bothers me. It is updated with useful features and I think they listen to feedback.
Managing multiple social media channels and clients. Benefits are that I can group accounts by client, and can tailor my messages by channel. Awesome.
Social Pilot makes it very easy to schedule our your posts and keep tabs on multiple accounts at the same time. I've been using social pilot for quite some time and it keeps getting better and better.
This software has very few negatives. In fact, comparing to other, similar software, it essentially offers the same functionality. I've tried to find a better tool but haven't been able to do so.
I'm able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with little effort. This allows us to post quality content for a variety of clients and keep our expenses in check.

I find that accounts seem to lose "connections" occasionally, especially Linked In, but that may be us, not them - not sure.

Some of the error messages are vague. Like the Facebook param one. It would be great if it explained how to fix it. But not a huge issue at all.

The only downside we see while using Social Pilot is occasionally accounts will become unlinked unexpectedly. It really is not hard to reconnect though. The Estates by Wendy Team has positive things to say about Social Pilot!!!

As anyone who has tried to post to Instagram knows, it can be a bit of a process. First, you must take or upload a photo, then edit it to perfection. Once you're happy with the photo, you must choose between posting it to your feed, your story, or your reel. And if you want to post it to multiple places, you must do the whole process again. Social Pilot has recently updated its capabilities to allow users to post directly to reels and stories. While there may still be some issues with posting to Instagram, they are quickly resolved.

Team collaboration can be better and there are issues with Canva integration from time to time.
Reporting is something that is helping me most of all, I have other places available where I can schedule content but the reporting is definitly keeping me.
I love the easy ability to bulk upload posts, that are then scheduled whenever we want. That's really convenient and helpful.
It's impossible to connect from different sources (FB/Instagram) if there is employee churn. Frustrating.

I wish it had TikTok scheduling, that is really the only thing that would make SocialPilot better, I am very happy with the program in every other way! Hopefully they get TikTok soon!

i can handle multiple brands and mulitple profile with only one account! We manage to plan, edit and share posts within the marketing team and the sales with a validation process included in Social Pilot. Also, the pricing is very cheap compared to the competitors. What made up my mind, in the end, was the feature for planning and sharing posts within Google My Business
We could manage several accounts with easy layout and professional features. I love the plugin to share in networks.
