I love the original post feature that allows you to easily optimize posts based on the social media platform's algorithms and hashtag usage/non-usage.
I wish there was a way to add my clients to my account without me needing to know their business page login credentials. This is across the field though.
Quicker to share 1 message across all platforms in a relevant/channel-specific way, preview image tool is helpful in preventing the share of ill-shapen images on social media, 1 post can be scheduled for different times/days across platforms without having to go into a calendar view (stay within the post).
I've used socialpilot for a few years and I love that I can have all of my clients on it and easily manage all of their content and have them review it.
I wish I could drag and drop photos or videos when uploading and scheduling.

It's easy to get around and pretty simple to figure out when you first start using it, the front-end design is very user-friendly & the sidebar makes it easy to navigate through all the features.
It could improve its bulk upload options as well as its analytics/reports.
Posting to over a dozen social media accounts, creating monthly reports for social media clients.
I use since the begining and I have seen how it has been evolving year after year and the tool we have now is complete, and excellent to work with a PRO team, I highly recommend it.

I own multiple businesses, all with multiple places I want to keep posts flowing and this allows me one place to do it all in one dashboard. I also love the Calendar view so I can see past and upcoming dates of posts.
Nothing really here to dislike. wish the services didn't drop and need new login authorizations, but I understand the safety is important too... Like the title says it couldn't only be better if someone else would actually do the postings for us.
We have a ways to go but this is really helping us be more consistent in publishing info to our multiple social media pages and reinforce or brand and message across all of these channels. =the benefits have been across the board more followers, more interaction, and more organic exposure.

What drew me to SocialPilot is the number of platforms I can add at a fractional price.
So far, I love the app, it's user-friendly and I can access it from my phone. I'd like to see an area where I can store my hashtags would be my only request.
I'm a busy online business manager, with SocialPilot I'm able to create my content (using canva) and schedule ALL my content for the next week or two. I can also add my clients' SM platforms and manage there's as well for the same price. Other platforms would charge after only 2 or 3 accounts were added. SP is WELL worth the dollars spent.
I have enjoyed the ease of connecting to my client's social media platforms. Many of the others, it can be a process that takes time. The ability to have an extensive calendar and the queue function is fun. Lastly, the ability for Social Pilot to curate content is excellent, especially for LinkedIn.
Now and then, the accounts disconnect, causing me to miss a post. However, I do get an alert when it happens.
The ability to have multi accounts and not pay over $500 to do so is fantastic.

I was using Hootsuite until they ended their free program and jacked their prices astronomically. SocialPilot is a great cost effective solution.
You don't have to be a social marketing wizard to upload content easily. My favorite feature is the Curated Content where I can easily access feeds I pull content from most often.
Pictures have to be a specific size, and often my content has to be adjust outside of the program to be uploaded. I'd love to be able to crop my photos in-program to make them useable.
Easy upload of content, easy to schedule future posts, easy to pull from the feeds I use most.
The best thing about Social Pilot comparing to other systems is that here you can add a lot of various social media platforms and control your content on accounts and groups!
UX can really improve - sometimes it's hard to jump from one or another page to the one you want.
We solved a lot of problems especially for posting content - which is not only can be scheduled on the timetable, but if you had an error to post the content still you can reschedule or put it on the schedule list. So this saved a lot of time. Or if we wanted to recycle posts in the future we could simply put them into the list and the job is done! instead of putting hours to reschedule it's already in the schedule.
I love that you can create groups for different companies. In most cases, I'm posting the same content across five platforms so this allows me to check a box and send the same content to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google My Business all at once.
At first we weren't able to sync to Instagram but they have since resolved that so honestly, I just set the social media posts and they go off on their own without a hitch.
No problems. Tremendous time saver. I've used other social media schedulers before and they didn't allow me to tag accounts so I would frustratingly have to go back to the native platform and fix but socialpilot has tagging capabilities.
Extremely easy to learn, use and share. I really enjoy that I can invite clients to view and approve posts directly. One less step in the planning process.
I don't mind the platform at all. Even the rare times that a post doesn't happen as scheduled, we know right away and how to resolve the issue.

It needs a smaller (micro) business plan for really small businesses or those just starting out.
SocialPilot blogs are beneficial to building on the knowledge base of my team.
As a small agency, we were stuck between platforms that didn't satisfy our needs and platforms that had a cost only large agencies could afford. Social Pilot is the perfect in-the-middle platform for small agencies.
There is some additional clicking that could be eliminated through coding, but it is a small negative compared to amazing positives of using this platform.
We are able to have most clients only in 1 platform which is great.
