The ability to gather information as a whole easily and effectively while review answers of multiple users

It is actually getting better with time. The only thing I dislike is access to some of the paid features.

I use it to gather information or data as a whole to generate numbers opinions that’s is not my own.

It is a great tool for designing surveys, the bedt part is the anility to program the type of the questions and how to move from one question to the bext one if there is a need to skip one.

I dont think there is anything thst I dislike. I wish it had better packges for small or bigger offices.

Survey monkey is a great tool for any general suveys and feebacks and also for any customer & market research feedbacks. It is a single platform to organise surveys and polls. Able to provide report from multiple surveys in a simple way but it has a effective dashboard. It provides an ability to create different dashboard for the moderators on things like, online meetings, training, reasearch works to seek feedback. Customization is easy and can create dashboard very quickly. It has extensive reporting capabilities and possibilities to custom dashboards features.

Customization in creating fonts and fratures on exams are limited.

It helps in the surveys of specific markets we are looking for, customer feedback or employee feedback, and a fast poll, among others.I love the way that customised survey I can implement based on the target of my audience. It has many automated functions that improves the results. It has in-depth analysis.

There is nothing to dislike in fact it has many options and that helps you to get your decision quick. The prices are a bit high.

I have found Survey Monkey to be one of the easiest to use of the options out there.The ability to collect payments and create something that LOOKS like it belongs with my business is really helpful. I have used others where you can just tell that it isn't as polished and that is not the case here. I can use it for a variety of things from signup for upcoming classes to collecting feedback on the website. Lots of features for most anything you can think of.

So for me, the one downside would be the pricing. I am a small business, and only send a couple of surveys a year, so for me spending almost $500 a year seems a bit steep. I would love to see a way to be on the free plan but to add features a la carte. A lot of the features I don't need, and would be willing to pay on a case by case basis for things like accepting payments or uploading files because I just don't use them that often. There is just a huge jump in price from the free plan for a lot of features I don't use.

For me I need a professional looking survey for my customers when I am seeking feedback on a design or providing customer service. I like that it integrates well with my branding, and is easy to use.

It allows to quick create an survey by import alredy written questions and it has a very good anylis export to pdf form. Also on the payed version you have more options to send the survey.

More options to the plans, because if you have a big team you may have trouble maneging the accounts. I don´t have any other complain specifically about the tool.

The best thing about SurveyMonkey is the ease of use, we can use it very easily because of a very friendly User Interface. It's a very good platform with almost no time lag or connectivity issues, whenever I used it, there is a very smooth process for all the surveys (maker/receiver/submitter). Another important thing is customization, we can edit the surveys to be made & we can do things by customizing them acc. to our needs.

Almost Nothing & everything, because everything is quite excellent, but not perfect. And Nothing needs to be improved in a hurry or small time interval, as there are several updations which had been done in the past as well.
