I had been downloading transaction reports from my payment gateway and uploading them into QBO monthly, which required the use of a third party application, and the creation of multiple CSV files to upload fees, payments on sales invoices, payouts, refunds, etc. Synder replaced all this with a 5-minute simple setup and labor-free, real-time sync after that.

Although it is possible to set Synder up so that sales are attributed to a Generic Customer in QBO, there can still be customer-specific data in the Description field. We need a way to make that field generic too.

By providing an easy and accurate way to transfer accounting information from our eCommerce platforms and payment gateways, Synder is improving our financial reporting quality and saving labor costs.

Overall, a very good piece of software. I need to synch Stripe / Square transactions to QBO for some of my small nonprofit clients. Syder seems to get the job done for a reasonable price. And...when I have trouble, their tech support is great! Always available and very helpful - especially if you can work with Andrey! :)

I do wish they had a smaller priced plan for non-profits or smaller organizations...

Well developed software which is easy to use and reliable.

It is expensive and the lack of functionality for sync of product bundles in any package other than the most expensive is dissappointing.

Allows automatic data transfer of transactions from woocommerce to quickbooks online. Avoids manual data entry.

The customer service is excellent. Our representative Vilena helped me to see why our transactions weren't syncing right between Quickbooks and Square. They also checking in and made sure the on-boarding process was successful.

I wish that the transaction numbers were a little more user-friendly. I assume its for security, but they look very long-almost like auto-generated passwords.

The free integration between square and QBO had terrible reviews. So, I went looking for an alternative and found Snyder. Without this integration I wouldn't be able to the breakdown of Sales, Taxes, Square Fees, Credit Card Processing, etc. It also matches with our inventory in QBO. It really is the bridge between our physical store(Square Cash Register) and our online Bookkeeping.

The simplicity and the power of this solution I'm very interested in Synder to gain time and avoid to waste my time with accounting tasks ... I didn't yet finish to set up Synder but for a beginning, I have to say that the configuration is really simple for the moment. I chatted with Tina via the chat, and she really convinces me to opt for Synder. She directly helped me and reassured me in answering to all my questions about this sync solution. Can't wait to finish my set up . Amercican people are definitly the best to create great solutions !

Quick and simple Synch between Stripe and Quicbooks

The support is really useful. I had a few issues, but it is good to know support is there and all issues resolved quickly with good communication.

There was quite a large price increase of 400% recently, but some of the new features have been a great addition.

Assigning receipts to correct tax agency and location, pulling all orders from multiple sites and putting into QB correctly.

It is an excellent software that allow our company to integrate our Stripe account with Quickbooks Online. We can keep our accounting software updated with all the payments receive in real time. The support team is great!

It would be great if Synderapp could integrate not only the paid invoices but also the opened ones.

we solved the problem that we used to have with the paid invoices. We had the information in our Stripe Account but we couldn't see them in our accounting software. Thanks to Synderapp we could solve it.

This app has more features than any other syncronization app I have tried for connecting Square and Stripe to Quickbooks. The other apps are not even usable due to key features missing. Synder is easy to use. Once it is set up it runs in the background with little attention needed.

A small number of transactions fail to sync each month. I would like to see this improved, but fortunately it is easy to correct the failures with just a few clicks in the Synder app. Also, the setup instructions are a little bit confusing in some areas.

Since I started using Synder I have saved myself dozens of hours of manual data entry. I could not serve my clients well without this app. The app pulls in all of the details I need and leaves behind those that I do not want. It is an excellent solution for anyone with a large volume of transactions to by syncronized.

The customer support is great! I worked with a support rep named George who was very helpful and active in their response times. Looking forward to seeing their software continue to improve.

The rule system, while functional, is very clunky to work with. It is very tedious to create rules, and you cannot duplicate them or easily change the initial trigger for a rule. The rules also seem unnecessarily expensive. Finally, while the monthly transaction subscription rate makes sense for Synder, it does not make sense for companies that run sales and have brief periods of high transaction volume. You cannot downgrade your subscription yourself without contacting support so once you're locked into a high transaction volume subscription, it can get expensive. For these different business models, it would be nice to be able to explore a by transaction pricing model that allows for billing to match intermittent transaction volumes.

We process payments through stripe and paypal which have both outgoing and incoming transactions, paypal especially, which can pay out affiliates. The volume of transactions processed by our business is so high that it would be nearly impossible to keep the books manually. With their automatic (and accurate) importing as well as the rule feature, we are able to greatly reduce our bookkeeping costs while still maintaining accurate financial reports for internal and external reporting requirements.

Sync works perfectly between either PayPal or Stripe and Quickbooks Online.

The number of syncs included on the smallest plans is less than their competitors at the same price point.

I'm trying to link my client's Stripe account to QBO.

We're using Synder to sync our Stripe transactions with Quickbooks. The customer support has been fabulous. I'm not an accountant so I had a lot of quesions, but Anastasia was very patient with me and stayed on the chat for nearly an hour helping me sort out the kinks.

It was a little complicated for me to understand at first, but this is probably due to the fact that I'm trying to take over our bookkeeping and get familiar with Quickbooks plus integrate Stripe using Synder all at the same time.

Saving time by not having to manually enter every transaction (client purchases) and expense (Stripe fees) that comes through Stripe.

I have several clients in the food industry that need multiple payment platforms to all sync into one QBO file (online, shop sales, wholesale invoicing, and outdoor market). They also have multiple classes, invoicing, and inventory needs. So far Synder seems to integrate the product line sale detail well (including class sale data for easier KPI and profit per unit analysis). I am hopeful that the inventory sync between Square and QBO will be just as easy. Support is responsive; today I got immediate help from Kiryl, who knew exactly what my problem was and helped me to solve it in less than 3 minutes.

That every move of transactions is a "sync cost" against your subscription limit. For example, I have been moving one client away from his own bookkeeping (that did not go well in a QBO) into a new account. I wanted to move the Synder subscription from the old account to the new QBO connection. Though I was told by Synder staff that we could migrate the subscription to the new QBO file, apparently that did NOT include the thousands of previous transaction syncs that he paid for since January 2021. His subscription limit of 1000 transactions means I either have to take several months to migrate the old transactions (keeping under his monthly subscription limit), or he has to pay for my syncs. Another example is the issue I had today, which is that I had inadvertently missed an important setup step for locations. I'm faced now with telling my client that he has to pay for more syncs than his monthly limit (undoing my mistake), or I have to take time to correct each transaction in the QBO file. I feel that at least there should be a setting up "grace period" for transactions as users get the set up correct.

Class integration is almost nonexistent in other apps; Synder helps solve product class and inventory issues for my food services clients.

I haven't finished the setup process yet, but I can say that Anna in Customer Service is very helpful and patient. I am not a tech savvy individual and she was able to help me and answer all of my questions. I wish all of my vendors provided this level of support!

I don't dislike anything so far. I haven't signed up yet and I'm still in the set up phase, but we do plan on signing up and the ease of use of the software and the customer support have convinced us to move forward. I may update my review after setup is complete.

I'm excited to use Synder so that I don't have to keep using QuickBooks Desktop and importing transactions. Now that I'm working remotely during the pandemic and my QB software is at the office on a server, it freezes constantly. I needed an App like Synder that works seamlessly with QBO.

The instant reconciliation feature is the best part of Synder - and the fact that it splits out the fees automatically from PayPal, Square, Etsy etc. Reconciliation is one of the hardest parts of running my small business and Synder makes the process really easy.

I would like to be able to sync across the order reference number from my eCommerce and marketplace sales channels as a note to have full transparency over transactions. Synder currently creates its own invoice numbers using sequential references from Xero. This would be a good future update.

The largest problem that Synder solves for me is the splitting out of merchant fees, which are a massive headache. I also have two sales channels and I like that Synder supports both of those. Etsy does not have a direct integration with Xero but I require it to sell to customers in certain regions such as the UK and EU following Brexit. Synder is definitely a time saver and a great add-on for Xero.

It's a very easy system to sync orders between stripe and quickbooks.

Wish you could be individual syncs on a ad-hoc basis.
