I like to do list because it helps me to get things done. It organized my day and tasks and is very user friendly. When you input tasks, it recognizes where to place it on the calendar without you as the user having to do it manually.

I wish the app would show sub-projects under the parent project again, like it does on the desktop version. In addition.. When you view a project, you'll no longer see all the tasks in its sub-projects? I dont understand why this would be an update.. it feels senseless to me. I also wish that this app didn't have a subscription fee. I have no problem paying a one time fee but I don't feel like a glorified To-Do app requires a monthly subscription fee. Especially when considering using something like this for larger TEAM management projects, I would likely go to an app that requires only a one time payment and can handle larger projects as well as individual to do lists, than get 2 separate ones.

Todoist helps with project and task management and provides a level of accountability when it comes to keeping up with what needs to be done and what is still outstanding.

I like the fact that I can access this product from my phone, PC or Mac. It is very easy to use and helps you keep your tasks organized. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a better way to manage their list of tasks. I was using Asana as a personal list, but that tool is really meant for project management, not personal task management. Todoist provides me exactly what I need to stay organized.

It's a little bit pricey. I started using it as a student and I would have loved to have that for free or at a highly discounted price. Anyhow, I believe it is worth the price.

Help us to manage what's missing and since we can share it between colleagues everyone can check the progress in some items. Todoist is a fantastic tool to help us don't forget anything. Use it in the company shows we can share between the colleagues and they can also see what's missing.

Among all, the Natural Language Processing (NLP) that can parse the deadline and priority from the task is my favorite. I like how I can type include deadline and time within the task, and Todoist would automatically sparse them and put them in automatic their right places. For example, I could write "Design Thinking Project Slide Deck due next Thu at 11:59 PM #1," and it would add the "Design Thinking Project Slide Deck" task, make the deadline next Thursday at 11:59 PM, and put it in priority #1 bin. That way, I could jot all the essential information within the task, and Todoist will do the rest for me. It helps me save quite a time in the long run, and I have seen no other competitor do the same.

I wish Todoist would revisit its pricing or offer more on the Free version, such as reminders. I currently use the Free version, but $4/month could prove to be hefty. I love reminders and file uploads within tasks, but they are only available on the Premium version. I would benefit much more if only Todoist considered lowering the price. One could apply for special discounts, but they would take 10 days to respond to a query.

Todoist is now my daily driver to get my life together for all my works and personal to-dos. Because I am working on many projects and assignments in parallel, I like to jot down all that I have to do and their corresponding deadlines, at the least. I would forget otherwise. Thus, Todoist has become a basis to which I get my work done and see what I have to work on next, such as this next or upcoming deadlines.

The cost...the free version is great - but when you pay it unlocks so many more great features...it's just a bit more costly than I'd like. I still paid!

My life, both professional and personal has gotten more and more hectic. Todoist allows me to add notes as and when I think of them, with a notification and then let Todoist remember them for me. Being able to do so across my devices (mobile and desktop); and from many different applications (browser, app, mobile app, email client); even using voice (Alexa, Siri)

I love the ability to color code tasks based on the level of priority. My top tasks are at the beginning of the list in red, then orange, then yellow, then white. The interface is clean and so easy to use. I used to make to-do lists in my phone on my Notes app, but I will always prefer my lists out on a desktop with a keyboard. However, in a pinch, I can always open up the app on my phone and type there! It's great how you can access your account on any device, and no matter what device, it's still so easy to use. I'm also able to differentiate between work tasks, personal tasks, shopping lists, etc. Though I use Todoist mainly for work purposes, it does come in handy when I'm already at my work desk and need to make a quick grocery list for after work!

I don't have any issues with the software thus far. However, I can't figure out how to access tasks that I've already checked off. To view your activity log, you must pay for a premium subscription to the service.

Prioritization and recurring reminders are probably the best features that make me more productive at work. Having a clean, color-coded visual of my tasks in order of priority has allowed me to feel in control of my work. I no longer have a sinking feeling that something is missing from my stack of chick-scratch post-it notes. The software is also intuitive when it comes to dates, so when you start typing "next week" you have the option to put the task's on next week's to-do list. This is helpful and saves me time when I have a million things running through my brain and I'm trying to get them out before they float away!

Wanted to clear up tasks and divide them up for different days while also keeping them organized based on project types. I love the fact that you can have projects within projects and that clears up confusion and makes you feel more productive instead of other task apps that end up feeling cluttered.

Todoist is very feature rich and allows you to set up your work flow however you want. You have access to tags, priorities, different lists, due dates, assigned tasks, and more! You can create any number of subtasks as well.

Hard to do everything. If you like things like asana, this does not allow a view like that. Technically using projects, you can create something similar. But I feel I get more features for a better price here, than trello or other competitors.

I need a braindump, but one I can easily hide or postpone tasks. So I can create a list and only view it once a month, that helps me to keep only the actual important tasks on my list. Plus I never forget anything with their easy to use reminders and calendar sync.
