Zoho projects helped us pull all our projects into one place for easier management, tracking, and communications. It also integrates well into our other Zoho products to streamline processes and maintain one set of data. Much easier and more organized than having separate project management that isn't integrated into CRM etc.
Interface is deep and seems complicated at first with a steeper learning curve, but this is mostly due to the product's capabilities so not really a "negative".

It helps to create and manage projects, creating tasks for individuals and teams. As well as tracking bugs. We can even have a mobile app to track the project on the go.
Few bugs are there like sub tasks can't be created for a main task which is completed or in progress. And adding the work hours manually is cumbersome when 50or 100 tasks are there.
It's a cost effective tool to manage projects and it's handy as well. Mainly a sweet tip for start ups and medium scale orgs to manage their projects efficiently.

The negative details that I could notice during my experience using this software are firstly its mobile applications which are of very bad quality, the resource management tools are fiasco started by its assignment graphics, it is not the best software to manage many tasks at once because it is overloaded in such a way that it can be complicated to work in team so I consider that it is not ideal for big teams, I would also like to have more simplified Gantt charts to better understand the progress of the tasks

It is easy to use and manage projects with goals and milestones tracking, dependencies checks. Collaboration among team can be done through Forum and Chat. It can be used to create task and track assessment. Due date can be captured as well. The product can be integrated with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM and other collaboration tools Zoho offers. Overall great project management tool out there. By the way, it also has android and iOS app.
Customer support could be better. Bit confusing and integrating with other Zoho tools is not as smooth. Setting up notification is not as smooth. It comes with many features which takes multiple steps to complete small tasks.
Project management, issue tracking.
The ease of use is the best thing. It is very easy for any team member tech or non-tech to understand and manage. With a few sessions, our whole team could very easily adapt the usage. For management it has become very handy to take our reports, daily log etc. and do the team analysis which was otherwise very cumbersome. I highly recommend Zoho projects to small size teams
No downsides but more features can be added. The Zoho team can explore a lot of new features that can further make it more team-friendly. Enhancements will also be a plus for small size teams like us.

I customised the portal to do my sprint planning and it is amazing and would recommend everyone to play with it and onboard your tech teams to plan sprints and manage releases.
Every week there is something new coming up and it is fun to be on ever evolving platform. So absolutely nothing to dislike

I like that I can toggle between Kanban and Classic view for tasks; this is something I used with Jira frequently so its nice to have. The forum section is nice, too, as you can post Q&As. I like that its integrated, versus having to use Jira and Confluence basically separately.
Mostly the limited use in the free trial, along with free trial duration. The issues section is more software company based and not necessarily for general project management. It could be applied to any field, but it may not be intuitive.
Zoho is better than Jira in that it has more features. I like that there's the calendar view, and that you can organize meetings and have documentation all in one place. For projects involving many stakeholders, its nice to be able to present the same information in different views.

My only complaint is that there are too many options for some types of work. For example, we never use "Issues" on projects, but are unable to remove it from the toolbar.

You cannot re-assign projects created by Super Admin, to a lower-role user. Filters for projects work only on new projects; you can't use the same for all projects.
