Only thing I like is "Price Point". Without that cheap price i have nothing to like about this product.
1. Customer Support, 2. The notification system, 3. Workplace View, 4. No independent control on the subtask. There are a thousand things they can do and yet they don't do those or don't want to. Sometimes they take away featured those are useful within tons of waste features. We are moving to another vendor.
Another thing is, We requested a call with ZOHO on their features. They replied on my tickets 30 days later and then we set up a call where they agree to show but they did not show up. Customer support is ridiculously bad.
I do not like this software at all. It's good for making notes for myself and recording deadlines, but that's all i Ultimately use it for.
I took the training course, and the person who hosted it was so boring, I couldn't even pay attention. I got nothing out of it. On top of it, using a system like this might be useful if you have a bunch of people who sit around all day and do nothing but enter in projects and benchmarks on the projects, otherwise, I would rather send an email.

The best thing about the Zoho Projects is to manage the team properly. That's a very fine feature Zoho Proj has. We can also monitor the progress accordingly.
I couldn't find the search function here. The bugs and it doesn't go fastly. Once in a while we deal with some issue of observing undertakings which are alloted to a specific group memeber as this device has such countless highlights , it becomes challenging to track
I have use it to arranging a work processes in enlisting new representatives and arranging an up-and-comer. It help me and my group to separating the occupation in isolating and sifting the up-and-comer and their capability

I like that Zoho Projects has made my work much simpler and more productive and this has been made possible by the Zoho Analytics integration which has specifically helped with weekly, daily and monthly reports. More so the integration has provided me with the ability to customize my reports to suit my workflow and intended audience. Zoho Projects has a mobile version that I have found to be very useful since it allows me to conveniently upload documents or any file from my mobile device and share them easily with my colleagues. Zoho projects make delegation of work much easier since it allows me to send out tasks to the targeted individuals with ease. More so its notifications on work progress are very effective since they help with reporting on work status.
For the most part, this is useful software but I dislike that it is only available as a cloud-based version which has its disadvantages in terms of data loss, data leakages and complex implementation and maintenance processes.
Problems that we managed to solve with Zoho Projects would be delayed progress on projects because of a lack of updates in terms of tasks completed and task to be completed. I have seen the benefit of Zoho Projects because it can send updates in the form of notifications which is very informative and very helpful since it allows the team to move quick and in uniformity.
The ability to manage multiple projects with tasks, and to have Zoho automatically send out notifications keeps everyone in the know.

It's very practical and it never lets you forget.Zoho Projects ' number of features is impressive. It was possible to do virtually every feature we needed for our project management, at a price that no other platform could match. You can set billable and non-billable hours, you can clock all tasks in a timer, and the setup to create the task is pretty robust.
The gui is bland, and navigation can be very difficult. As great as the features are, the functionality of the software may be quite frustrating. Some features, along with that, have head-scratching quirks that we have never been able to figure out. Usually we can find what we need, but it can be the challenge to find it.
I put in there all the projects I must get done and it's a very good way to also keep track of your work and schedule it so you can finish everything in time.
