Most ATS are geared to support companies but Zoho Recruit has a version for recruitment agencies interface.
The user access is a little confusing. I am not sure how I can share the access properly with my recruiters.

Everything is so well organised at Zoho recruit. Not just the candidates but the clients and vendors too. Beautifully organised modules and the ease of using it is never seen in any other ATS. After using so many ATS software over the years, Zoho Recruit proved to be the best.

Ok so I will break it into 3 parts Price Automation Ease of use Zoho recruit is the most economical application tracking system in the world which offers advanced features and automation that probably you will not find with any other brand is known for an applicant tracking system in the world. The kind of automation I was able to perform what's the best part of Zoho recruit you think any automation and you can easily perform those Automations without any help from your account manager. So far I have trained more than 100 people using Zoho recruit and everyone was able to grasp all operations of so recruiting in a day or two
Processing speed is sometimes slow but you can check from which data centre your service is being provided and you can solve this issue.

Zoho recruit is very easy and is very intuitive. There are lots of training videos available on Zoho and Youtube. It has good integrations with existing google systems. The resume parsing feature is good. The integrations of directly importing the resume from the email are nice.
I wish I was able to upload more than 10 resumes at a time.

Time management Hr services
I love the fact I can keep perfect track of my pipeline, clients, and rates tied to the job orders. The staffing edition is the perfect addition to my business as opposed to the HR version which lacks some of the features a recruiting agency requires! The price is very good for all the features included, it is definitely worth the money! The resume formatting is a huge plus as well, as it makes it simple to redact candidate information if needed. I feel it is great for recruiting firms fo all sizes and worth the try if you are looking. Customer Service is very great and super responsive!
It's not much I do not like. if I had to choose, I guess it would be the customization of the Home page. I wish it was more options there.

Sometimes you get lost in a large selection of functions, maybe I don't need something. I would like a faster speed of the application. If you can remove some of the tools and speed up my profile, that would be great.

Zoho Recruit should allow for customization of pipelines based on department/role to be hired
I like the automation and convenience of Zoho recruit because I do not have time to juggle through lots of things. Zoho does most of the thinking and works for you, ultimately cutting out on the time and cost needed to fill a position.
