Zoom meetings are ideal for hosting very interactive sessions. We can have huge audiences have participate and or even break the sessions into smaller groups. I can not think of webinars other than Zoom because they deliver a seamless virtual meeting experience.

You need to buy a paid version if you wish to use Zoom webinars for more than 40mins without getting disconnected however, you can still join on the same bridge, but I feel the free usage time can be increased to 60mins instead of 40.

I have used Zoom events for quarterly rewards and recognition programs and employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays. Also, webinars have been used for monthly performance review meetings.

I like the pricing and ease to use to join the meeting.

My audience can join events quickly, but I can't use some features like FB live integration.

I had invited around 500 audiences, and all could join the meeting. I can easily hold the event without any issues.

Very reliable, easy to use, its performance is amazing. No lagging in the audio or video has car mode, which is amazing and helpful. Integrated with many tools and email software.

The cost is a bit high for the licensed version to be able to have unlimited meeting time. There should be option to take control for the browser and mobile version.

After the last yesrs, working from home became an essential fact, which Zoom helped a lot in that transition phase.

On this platform, we can host virtual events, like webinars, conferences, and meetings. They typically offer features like video conferencing, screen sharing, and chat functionality, green room. Additionally, the tech support before hosting a live event was a smooth experience for us and the attendees.

The live feature on multiple platforms should be done with one click. It should not be manual.

Both the platforms have their own functionality and features but Zuddl having diff features in terms of visuals.

This application can be used best when there's a great number of people in a meeting altogether. This is great for employees to connect during company-wide meetings. I also like the aspect of the security feature as this prevents people who are not apart of the company to join the meeting.

As many users are joining the meeting at once, there are some connectivity issues I've seen my coworkers experience. Since a majority of the company works remotely, those who work in a location close to the office gather to join the meeting together. The issues they've experienced in the past were not being able to hear the meeting or join the meeting at all.

It allows everyone in the company to connect with each other as a majority of us work remotely. Being a part of different teams in the company, we all come together to get to know one another during company events.

Reliable connections with several panelists and full control over what the attendees see along with great presentation.

I do wish we could add lower thirds and graphics, but this may be a recent feature we haven't used yet.

It's a great way to have a lot of people watching panelists while also being able to interact.

Zoom allows a large audience to attend a particular call; thus, a company with many employees can conveniently hold their meetings. Zoom also allows for breakout room creation which allows different small groups to separately meet, make decisions then join in the main meeting. The platform is also very easy to use.

Zoom events and webinars often prompt a user to download the app when one is creating an account or wants to join a meeting urgently. This can be discouraging especially when someone has not yet installed the app or the user has no knowledge of the join with the browser option which mainly occurs for new users.

Zoom Events and Webinars create a platform where colleagues of a particular company can conveniently hold events virtually from anywhere as long as the users are connected to a stable internet connection thus cutting the costs of travelling to a certain venue to hold the meetings.

Being able to schedule the meeting so easily, and then send out invites to attendees right away is awesome. It's very user friendly as well!

I really don't have any dislikes or anything I don't care for with it!

The most helpful thing about Zoom is that I can easily talk to anybody, no matter where they are. It is also extremely easy to set up meetings in Zoom so that I can have my meetings scheduled and accessible ahead of time.

I have been using Zoom for a long time and there is honestly nothing I dislike about it. It is my preferred method of communication online and I will continue to use it for many years to come.

Zoom helps me communicate with friends, coworkers, and many others. Without Zoom, there is no way I could be as efficient with my work as I am now. Zoom helps me problem solve all the time!

It is providing platform to organise webminars where's large amount of audience able to attend online from home. It is like virtual hall or auditorium.

Breakout rooms are not provided into the zoom webinar and here audience are not able to share their camera.

It is mainly useful for organizing long hours events nd webminars.

The best part about using Zoom Events is, that our presenters likely already know the platform. It's based on the same Zoom experience we're used to from internal meetings. It makes getting people up to speed a snap.

If you want to replicate the in-person conference experience with virtual trade-show booths and networking breakouts, then Zoom Webinars probably isn't your solution. This is, truly, a webinar experience. I haven't used Zoom Events so these features may exist.

Zoom Events allow us to reach a broader audience of customers and others inside the industry. The familiar experience reduces the barriers to being an effective presenter - especially helpful for first-timers or members who don't ordinarily present externally.

one thing I like about zoom and what I think makes it better than its alternatives is its breakout room. it's super useful and virtual background feature is so much better than other meeting platforms

the limit of 40 minutes on free plan is something i do not like, if they could make it an hour then that would be great

Zoom allows us to hold a large number of attendee meetings at one place. Options to create N numbers of Rooms for different Meetings at one zoom call makes it a perfect tool for hosting events.

Requires a very fast and stable internet connection to work properly otherwise voice and videos get distorted. sometimes it lags a lot and it affects other tasks which we are doing in our systems.

It makes a great tool to have meetings or events easily accessible which helps to improve the daily productivity of teams and the company as well. Thus making it a work from home saviour.

It is a great platform with a stable service, and most importantly in this time secure, it brings people and teams in companies together when they need it the most.

They could be arrainges in the UI, when new members come in or outside of your organization people want to participate in conferences or presentations, just to make it more friendly for out side users.

Connectivity in this times, been able to react to show people what you can do at your company is the most important thing there is and ZOOM is a great tool to achieve this in an efficient way.

I love the ease with which you can program an event without so much knowledge, and that it guides you step by step in the creation and programming of the event and allows you to keep an exact control of speakers and participants

I do not like that the service is a bit expensive since sometimes we only need to carry out one or two events during the month and it charges us for the service during all 30 days of the month, it should only allow hiring for days at a more accessible price

Audio problems have been solved and the video quality improves with lower bandwidth of the internet connection and the recordings are more stable, and it should allow saving the recordings with all the languages or translations that are made at that moment

The ease of using this platform is the best part of this platform, and it is available for free for everyone to use it. Also, Zoom Video Webinar provides google calender support which is also very helpful in scheduling the meetings and setting up the reminder. Zoom Video Webinar has helped a lot of professionals in this pandemic who were not able to attend office and helped in maintaining a better connection.

Looking from a security point of view, we do not have control over who gets admitted in the call. Anyone with the meeting code and passcode can enter the meeting and disturb everyone, which is the only thing that I dislike.

Zoom Video Webinars solve the problem of not attending the offices offline by bringing the whole team together virtually. It also makes it easier for the managers to keep an eye on everyone's performance.

it's really easy to join the meetings and great to see everyone working remotely

sometimes we lose audio or video but for the most part zoom is spot on

it makes work so much easier being able to have 1 meeting with everyone that works remotely it's much more productive for all

First of all the fact that you can get started without any hassle and host any number of webinars without paying anything, makes Zoom Video Webinar an absolute win. Having used it for the last 2 years, here's my list of advantages of the software - 1. Billing Plans - With the free plan, you can host unlimited webinars with a maximum of 100 people in it with both private and public options. This is just amazing, there's no other application that gives you so much with the free plan. We got started with it because of this free plan only and later as we grew we moved to paid plans that are really well suited for any business. 2. Great Features - A great number of options that are available for even free plans, including recording of the webinars, creating private webinars, one-to-one calls, attachment sharing, etc. 3. Platform availability - The application is present in all the platforms currently being used, like Mac OS, Windows, Linux to Mobile OS like Android or iOS. This makes it easily adaptable. 4. Solid Support - The support team from Zoom is always available and helps throughout the app journey from onboarding to day-to-day operations. 5. Reliability - Zoom Video Webinar platform is very well built system and gets frequent minor and major updates ensuring a smooth user experience and bug-free environment.

This is one of that software for which I really don't have any points which I dislike. As I told you earlier, I have started using the application in its early days and from that time to now, the kind of support and releases I have seen from the software team has really amazed me, they take care of the smallest issues and makes sure that you don't face any problem using the app.

With Zoom Video Webinar we have been running the day-to-day company communication operations starting with low-level planning to customer acquisition meetings, each and every meeting, verbal communications we have is by using this and it's a very efficient software for that. Also, we have this learning program where we carry out webinars about several topics, Zoom Video Webinar has been our go-to software for that as well.

I love the "Zoom Video Webinar" platform too much. Whenever I organize video-based webinars, I choose the Zoom video webinar platform only. This platform has all the features and functions I have always wanted. The audio, video and even screen sharing for the presentation is great and just a one-click task for me. The reports are great and have a lot of information ablet the attendees and questions/pools. This platform allows to create live polls which is really helpful for organiser. The video and audio quality are just fantasic. There is a great feature using which I can change my background colour/photo like the studio and even a feature using which I can reduce or optimize the background noise and this is great because I can now able to do webinars from anywhere without any issue. Though this platform is integrated/add-on feature of Zoom application which is plus point to bring Zoom Video Webinar feature under budget.

To be very frank, I did not find any critial issue as such. But a single person can register with multiple ids, that should be restricted to only once or twice accroding to my understanding. Otherwise this application is working well and full filling all my expectations.

I like the high-definition video quality of this platform which works great even in slow internet connection. You can live stream the webinar on multiple social media platforms, amplifying your reach. The virtual background of feature using which I can change my background image with the studio effect touch, I can even blur my background image and even add the pictures that I would like this platform to put in my background. I like the live poll feature the most. Apart from this, I like the post-webinar reports, which have great details like a list of attendees, their time & clicks, and any questions they ask. I also love the mobile/iPad app of this platform which is again user-friendly and practical. Most of the time, I use the iPad application, and my experience is fabulous.
