The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the ability to find contacts cell phone numbers so that I can get a hold of the correct DM. Also, being able to easily and seamlessly create new saved searches so I can laser focus my segmentation and prospecting, is amazing!
I dislike the intent buckets and lists section.
The problem ZI is solving is not getting the correct DM phone numbers and not being able to easily apply filters to searches to find new accounts.
It gives me insights into which companies are currently looking for the type of services I'm assisting in selling
Sometimes the data is 100% accurate but I don't think any platform in the same capacity could be

The interface is very easy to use. I am able to source contact info while calling in outreach using the chrome extension.
Sometimes its not the most up to date info.

I enjoy the LinkedIn integration feature. Along with the contact's email, number, and mobile number, I can conveniently click on their LinkedIn to engage there.
I have found the Intent feature to not be as accurate as portrayed. At times the signal score is high but when I call into that company, I find that they are not looking at what the intent signal was for
The biggest problem it solves is disconnection from my leads. ZoomInfo allows me to get accurate contact information and lets me know if that company has been on our company's website which allows me to know how to pitch myself to a prospect.
I like that I am able to prospect new accounts while filtering out accounts that are already in my salesforce. This makes the process super smooth and easy.
No major complaints. Sometimes the information is in correct. Maybe an integration with Linkedin will help keep updated titles and emails

I find zoominfo to be very helpful when it comes to contact info. When it comes to phone numbers and emails there is nothing like zoominfo. It makes prospecting and finding client info a breeze. Such a helpful tool for outreach and a real need for anyone who is a bdr.
One thing I dislike about zoominfo is that sometimes old contacts at a company are still featured.

Using ZoomInfo you can find the best contacts with their roles, phone numbers, emails, and where they are based. I would recommend ZoomInfo to anyone in sales looking for candidates to help grow their business.
There are not many downsides to using ZoomInfo. The only bad thing I truly notice is that sometimes there is an abundance of information which can sometimes be overwhelming, which is still a good thing.
ZoomInfo is taking the stress out of my day to day struggle of spending countless hours looking for companies and contacts that fit in line with the businesses I am looking to call on.

It's not always up to date. Sometimes people no longer work at the company or numbers can be off. To be expected though.

I am able to prospect and call potential customers, i use it everyday and never had any problems, and i like how i can narrow down the markets i want to review.

I like the ability to find employees within companies and track my interactions through the sales process. I like being able to customize work flows, record notes regarding conversations etc.
Some of the contacts are outdated. Some companies don't have any contacts, or are missing email addresses. Sometimes Sales OS will say contacted last none but when I click on contacts I have one of the employees in a work flow and have contacted them already.
It's solving the problem of finding companies and contacts to go after for potential sales, and keep track of all my contacts and history of what interactions we've had.

I love ZoomInfo while prospecting. Pulling prospects from organizations I feel would be a good fit to partner is made simple. Account locations and hierarchy is a great tool to better understand the organizations to create a more personal message. Probably my favorite is Intent. Locking down prospects that may already be searching for my products is crucial and has brought significant revenue to the table, otherwise not gained.
Not all information is accurate. It gets you close enough to be dangerous and grow your sales.

I like how granular we can get when searching for details & contacts about an organization. It's very easy to navigate and i use the tool daily.

gets numbers, emails and role. Sometimes it's hard to find there LN but Zoom info finds it

I appreciate that ZoomInfo's prospect data is quite accurate. It seems ZoomInfo's platform does less guessing than the other tools we use at my company.
Nothing really comes to mind. I am certain that I don't use ZoomInfo to its fullest potential! There are features that I don't currently use.
I prospect A LOT. My company uses ZoomInfo along with two other platforms to find prospect info. Quite often, ZoomInfo has email addresses and/or phone numbers that the other two platforms do not offer.
There are so many great things about ZoomInfo. I can't do my day to day in my sales job without logging in and using it. I can check if a contact is within an organization and grab their contact info. I can identify groups of people by their titles. We can see what organizations visited our website. I can set up emails for my competition. There is not just one thing. The list goes on and on.
I could spend all day searching. It's not necessarily a downside but there are so many different things I can check out.
Growing my contact and lead base at the tip of my fingers with everything built into one platform. I don't have to do my own research. It's a simple search and set up.

Zoominfo is helping me solve connecting issue before ZooInfo I wasn't able to get a hold of many prospects but after getting it it mad my life easier.

I feel the inability to export a whole search list together is a draw back. You need to select them page by page which is time consuming.
It helps me find people in an organisation who wouldn't be on Linkedin. This way I find my ICP and channel my efforts rightly. Along with it gives me their contact details, linkedin profiles and sometime FB & Twitter handles as well.

I work in sales I used this all the time as an SDR/BDR, when you only have one contact from a company, it is very helpful to be able to find multiple other contact for a company. has helped me hit my quota few times. ease of use, easy to navigate, a bunch of features
