Google Drive is very easy to use and gives you so much storage to store your documents and share them with other users.

There is honestly nothing I dislike about Google Drive.

I use Google Drive as an alternative to Drop Box. It's free and allows me to share documents with colleagues at the click of a button which is convenient for working out of the office!

The cost and the ease of use. This product makes sharing documents with your team a breeze, and collaborative editing is almost too easy. Using word is great, but you always have to save a file drag it to your email, and then download the revisions again. This eliminates all hassle and a fraction of the cost of Word.

Trying to read non-Doc documents on Google Docs is hard. They never import properly and the documents are a mess compared to the original file.

I like that you can connect with anyone in Chat, create groups/teams of people and communicate, or just 1 other person. You can share files, gifs, photos, etc. You can delete old chats and archive ones that you want to keep for later

Long chats can be hard to search for info in a conversation in the past. If you are in a long discussion and I want to find something from the past, it can be hard to find. You have to either scroll or open up the window to full screen and CTRL F to find it.

Interoffice communication, I can connect with sales, production, service, the warehouse. We can all be on one discussion, or i can have individual conversations with people. I am sharing information, photos, links, etc.

I am a huge fan of this software. They took all of the good things from Microsoft PowerPoint and put it into the digital version. It is easily sharable without even downloading it. One can work on this with their group at the same time from different places by sharing the slide through Gmail. The best part of this software is the Autosave features. For this, whether it's a powercut or crashing the PC, I don't have to worry about losing the slides. Moreover, I can access the slides and can work on this from any device, and place just by logging into my Gmail account. I don't have to carry my Pendrive for this. This software ensures the safety of my slide since it is attached to my Gmail account. Another feature, that I am in love with is the speaker notes. This allows me to have my information displayed while I can have my own notes that the audience does not see.

There are no major cons for me for this amazing software except this - since, it's a web slide, so the speed of the work on this is highly dependent on the internet speed. Moreover, if you don't have internet access then you can't access the slides which hadn't bother me, because I always have access to my mobile internet. If you do have an internet connection, a connection to a display is easy. Without all this, it will be good If Google Slides can add more later feature. Except for all of this, so far, I am having a good time with Google Slides.

I have found it more user-friendly compared to Microsoft word. I can create animated slides here to engage my audience. Since I am a freelance artist so I can easily make a quick portfolio by using some art features here and can easily share them with my desire receiver. It saves a lot of time for me.

The most liked thing about this app is tgat it is easy to use I store our data for free As it has cloud storage you no need to worry about the data storage at one place like you have in your computer hard disk

The only thing i dislike is it doesn't have unlimited storage the storage is limited upto certain GB But i neglect it as negative point because you can make multiple accounts it means unlimited storage

Gone are the days where I was constantly anxious about losing my documents or forgetting to save them. Google Docs makes it easy for the papers to be held as soon as you make any kind of change. I love also seeing the previous versions of a document I'm working on, so I can reference changes I made, as opposed to cutting and pasting any big paragraphs and putting them in another copy, so I save my wording. It's very sleek software and easy to use. People I know who usually struggle with other word processing software have said they love how easy and pleasant to view their Google Docs are.

I want some more focused features on Google Docs, such as a Focus mode where it feels more professional, and hides your internet tabs. I can get easily distracted by tabs open, and I love the Focus feature that Microsoft Word has. I also would love to see Docs incorporate more programming for screenwriters and playwrights, as there is no template for that, so we have to use another software.

Sharing documents with Google Docs has not been the easiest thing. I'm always confused when I share documents with people who don't have Google accounts because it seems like they can still open the document to view it, but every time I try it with someone accessing from not a Google account, they can't view it all. I would love to see this accessibility problem resolved soon. The benefits I've realized from Google Docs are collaborating with others on a shared document in real-time, making it easy to see what your teammates are working on and what changes they made.

Google docs is easy to use. Just open the app and start typing. saves automatically and come right back to the doc where you left off

it's a great program with no real dislikes; maybe spell check can be automatic but really a great app

I enter all my data in google docs, and it helps with business plans and other word sharing options for my business

I like the simplicity of the UX & UI. I'm not getting locked out of my own meeting and customers are not having issues connecting.

Rarely have connectivity issues. No lagging.

Occosainly it takes longer than expected to get into a meeting, but all meeting software has this same delay.

Face-to-face virtual meetings now that we are remote make for great team collaboration.

It's easy to set up, access and use... it really solves the need of a corporate communication tools and meeting tool as well. Clients also find it very easu to use. Before Hangouts we wee stuck using free software that wasn't solving our communications need, and from an admin point of view, Hangouts also has the right tools to admin all users.

It would be great to record meetings without then need of a higher plan. There is really not much I dislike about Hangouts Meet, it's overall an awesome tool.

What I like best about google drive is that I can put SO much content in it and I have never ran out of space. I also like that you can implement other services such as google docs adn google folder to have that much extra storage and everything is in one place. I also really like that it is so easy to send documents to my coworkers. It is so easy with just a few clicks to send to anyone or give anyone permissions to see or edit your work. I am so grateful that I able to use this software.

I honestly cant think of anything I truly dislike about google drive. I am not very tech savy so having a easy and useful service to keep all my documents in one place is amazing.

The probelms im resolving in google drive is keeping all my documents and content in one place. I dont have to worry about losing a folder or document because everything is right infront of you or very easy to search for and find.

Video conferencing within the tool works the best. Audio quality is quite good as well. The hangouts are used quite frequently for kid's online school sessions and both my daughters had an excellent time using this tool. Thanks to google for introducing this awesome tool. The audio and/or video could be disabled at a time of your choice and re-enabled when needed.

The quality of the Video could be feeble at times. We may have to wait for several minutes for the quality to improve which could be a bit frustrating at times. However, over a period of time, the quality improves. When the google server is down (which is quite rare), there is trouble experienced in logging in.

Ability to easily conference multiple members and add members when needed. Benefit of catching hold of uninvited members who are online on gmail to be a part of the conference. The core benefits include organizing extended sessions for a long span of time. The break out rooms created for internal coordination is an excellent mechanism of collaboration.

Google drive is a really amazing software for office as well as personal use because while working on your desk if I need your file ASAP then you can easily get it through your drive, this software provides you many features like I can save any format document, photos, videos. Also, I can create as many folders as you want and their offline option is wow and cool. I can buy unlimited storage after 15GB. Google form, Google sheet, Google doc, and many more option makes him extraordinary. The link and sharing option helps me and my colleagues to find things in one place. As it is attached to mail id then I don't need to remember many passwords.

I do a file to attach with most of the mail so I don't go into my system, the file is on my finger, I can share that file via a link or sharing option with my college and also if I need any document then they share me instantly and everyone knows about google security so these are benefit I have with this software. Also I can use in mobile and laptop so I can carry my all doc anywhere.

Google Hangouts Meet is an excellent tool for video conferencing. It integrates with Google apps and users can join a meeting straight from the email/Calendar link.

The app does not allow participants to share files, and it does not let you see other users while presenting.

The app allows any user to start or join a video/call conference in just a few easy steps. It is an excellent tool for a meeting with your colleagues.

The options for the background and the personalization, such as the tags I am allowed to add or the categories I can select to be shown. It is a plus that all the google products are connected and all in one place, accessible from the top right corner when logged in to Gmail.

The latest features with the categories, however, I am aware I can change it. I would like to avoid having the hangouts there because the view seems relatively compact, and I have never used the sidebar on the right (which contains the calendar, etc.).

It's easy to use and fast. I never had any problems giving my Gmail to any other user, and it is globally accepted. I enjoy the capacity of emails and the spam filter does a good job as well. A nice addition would be the option of fonts (how emails are shown)
