Most basic website builder, with all the necessary components in it so okay for startes and newbees, again free plan is available and have good templates with responsible editor

No data policies, less support and late support, website takes time to load and navigation is very disgusting according to style. Not at all suitable for modern website.

This was easy to use right out of the gate, customizing and arranging things I needed plus had great add-ons that would make it easy for my clients to find what they needed. I liked the integrations and the easy way to set up a shop with ecommerce items and with payment portals. You can buy your domain and hosting through them too for one low yearly price.

I love the drag and drop elements feature that puts the guesswork and CSS out of commission. You can have as many or as few elements on a single webpage. You would rarely need to deploy code, which is good for newbies. When I started out, it didn't take me long to figure out the element addition, page creating, and interlinking. That is how easy it is to build your first website on JImdo.

The free tier does not allow you to do SEO. This restricts your free website's discoverability. You can simply use it as a portfolio website in the free version, and everything else is paid for. I hope the brand would be slightly flexible with its other features in the future. At least let us try things out before purchasing them.

What I like best is that it is a very intuitive tool. You can easily build a website or shop within seconds without any programming knowledge.

What I dislike is that even with an upgraded (paid) version, it does not include all necessary functions that for example an Online Shop needs. For example the payment methods are limited and if one wants to integrate a payment provider like Stripe one has to pay for it on top. Plus, the payment providers one can implement are limited, so one cannot choose any payment provider.

For building a basic web page, it's "ok". Honestly, that's being kind. They charge more than most competitors for a service which comes nowhere close to competing functionally.

They don't bother sending renewal invitations and instead just take a full year's subscription from recurring payments. Pricing does state renewable for a year but they quote in monthly fees to appear competitive. Trying to cancel is a nightmare, which means you end up renewing without wanting to and then they quote their cancellation terms when it's too late.

I'm mainly resolving the problem of having money in a bank account. Their service is worthless. Avoid it.
