Excellent flow and a great time saver for managing multiple SM accounts and businesses. Great support.
Tagging other SM pages and profiles - an industry problem that is not yet resolved to 100% by anybody.

It integrates with all the social media platforms like Insta., Twitter & Facebook, making our life easier & easy to access the content. The UI is very simple to use and works very effectively. They have an excellent customer support which is always there for your help.

The fact that Alexandra was very professional and understood the business very quickly. The engagement has been growing steadily.Their service has been very cutomized and i have not seen any competitors doing that kind of service.
Nothing to dislke. It was slow in the beginning but that is understandable, their SME was very responsive and quickly came up to the speed.

I love Social Bee! It is primarily responsible for growing my Twitter following by 2000 in a month. It does this primarily by having a great UX (user experience). It takes a minute to get used to it, but once you understand the dashboard, you will see how effective you can be. It helps you make friends on Twitter and schedule your posts. It lets you find people who are likely to be interested in what you do. It does the heavy lifting of creating great tweets, so you can focus on creating them in a streamlined way. In addition the team is heavily engaged. They really listen to your feedback and implement as fast as they can. They are also good stewards of the Twitter community. When some feature on Twitter gets spammy Social Bee participates in making sure that is stopped. Go Social Bee!
The initial use of Social Bee was not intuitive. I had to look at the tutorial (gasp!) for like 5 minutes.
This solves the problem of having a nerve center where I can grow my Twitter following.
Social Bee feels like the first platform that was designed for agencies. With it's unique Workspace setting, the ability to provide client edit access to only some parts of the platform, and the great customer support, it feels like this is everything I wanted other platforms (with higher prices and fewer features) to be.
The UI/UX isn't very intuitive. Layout of different spaces takes getting used to, as does the organization of media.

I love that socialbee can truly do it all. Everything is organised in one dashboard that's easy to navigate. It integrates with all your accounts too. I've reached out to customer support many times and they'll extend support via email or even a live demo.

I like how easy it is to use SocialBee, and how everything can be managed in the same place. There are lots of options for help with content creation from professionals. I enjoy that they give you separate categories for content creation.
As a small business, SocialBee can be considered a bit expensive.
I have trouble with organizing my content and finding time to post content at appropriate times. SocialBee allows me to create, schedule and post my content when I need to for my audience.
I really like being able to post to all 24 channels. When I was looking for a tool to help me manage 8 businesses and they social media accounts, it was hard finding one that could do all of them with one simple login.
I don't find there to be any disadvantages to using SocialBee, they truly have everything available to you.
They're continually added new platforms, or breakdowns in apps already intergrated. As an example you can do reels now and they're added an AI bot that can help a ton with generate ideas and captions.
Simplicity, Speed, great UX/UI and Performance doing the task. Also the price is excelent.
I miss features that i had in buffer, so would be great to add them.
Connect for an affordable price, all our social network without any issues. Works as decribe and is a really great alternative from buffer.

SocialBee is very easy to use for marketers and non-marketers. Its intuitive, organized, and makes it easy for me to get the right content to the right audiences. I'm very happy with our decision to use SocialBee for our social media marketing efforts.
Can't really say there's anything I dislike - it gets the job done and helps us with our social media strategy.
Allows me to set all of our social media content and distribute it across our different social media channels. I can very easily set up content and assign it to a schedule to have our social media content running pretty much behind the scenes without any intervention from me or my team.
I love that t posts to google business and to TikTok. I can use it to post my content on my social media accounts. I absolutely love it. It helps me to maintain a social media presence without having to be absorbed in social media.
I wish the user interface looked better. It's not that it is bad, it just isn't great. It needs to be streamlined a little more. The layout is about 75% intuitive.
It helps me to post on social media regularly. This is not something I would be able to do on my own consistently. Using social bee I am able to do so. It even posts to tiktok!
